5. drink lots of water

6. present healthy foods in an attractive way.

i also just want to point out, that if you're wanting to get a better shape for whatever reason, and that means becoming healthier, stop complaining. "i wanna be skinny but it's soooo much work,". complaining isn't going to burn your fat off, so get up off your bed, start working out, and eating better, or i'm sorry, you're staying the way you are; the way you hate you are, because you refuse to take action.
