-wake up by 9am everyday, besides weekends.
-make your bed every morning
-drink water when you wake up
-eat a breakfast containing protein, fruit, and whole grains
-if it's nice out take a quick ten minute walk outside
-keep a water bottle with you everywhere you go
-workout three times a week

•rest day: cardio
•day 2 abs
•rest day: cardio
•day 3: legs
-eat plenty of protein at every meal to build muscle and have energy
-if you go out wearing heels bring an extra pair of sneakers or flats in case your feet start having pains
-wear sunscreen when you go out in the sun
-do a hair and face mask once a week
