Back story part 6

"At the end of the day you know you have no where else to go" you thought to yourself as you sat at the lunch table at school

You were surrounded by the whole crew who were joking around and chilling while eating their food but you sat there spaced out, not one drop of food making it to your mouth. It took for loopy to snap his fingers in front of your face for you to actually zone back in.

"Is something wrong? You been staring at absolutely nothing for 5 minutes straight" he told you

"Im just sleepy is all" you said yawning and stretching to convince him

"Get you some rest at night instead of staying up! You all stay up until 3 in the morning then complain about being tired" loopy said annoyed

"Some of us aren't old and go to sleep early" young west retorted. You did the tiniest smile in response as the other's laughed, a small sigh coming out afterwards.

"But for real eat before the bell goes off" nafla said giving you a small nudge.

"It hasn't even been a full 10 minutes yet, I still have time to eat" you told him as you finally started to focus on the food on your tray, starting to consume it although your appetite wasn't there

You felt displaced for some reason. You had to go back to nafla of course since your dad left you. The boy's hadn't even known you were with your father and assumed you went out with your friends or something. They were worried when you came back though considering your vibe wasn't the same.

You truly wanted to be with your dad. You'd drop everything to go back and live with him but your mother was in the way. Sometimes you hoped she'd just go ahead and drink her self to death so you and your dad could live a peaceful life but you knew if she died your dad would probably lose his sanity.

Mkit rain was family but they couldn't compare to real family. You craved to be in a safe place with people you love. Mkit rain was doing you a big favor but the entire house was chaotic and their lifestyle was far too dangerous, not to mention nafla basically targeting you.

"Man we've barely seen Owen since he came. What's he up to?" Andy asked with a mouth full of food

"He's in Glendale with his family bro" bloo answered back

"Shit, if he was coming for a vacation he should've said something. We can't do nothing until he's back with us in the house" nafla said with an eye roll

"Man don't worry he'll probably be back tomorrow or something" bloo said

"He got 5 days and if he's not back we're taking his shit and he's not getting any cut of it" nafla said.

All of the boy's looked up at him, young west clearly getting mad at what Nicholas said.

"For someone who talks about sticking together and not betraying each other a lot you do it all the fucking time" west said to him. Nafla looked at him and scoffed, standing up from the table and looking west in his eyes with infuriation.

"Don't forget who's taking care of you. I'm the one that got each and every one of you where the fuck you are now! You were homeless before I came into your life, I'm the one that got us to this point and none of you would even have clothes on your backs if it weren't for me!" Nafla yelled back at him in anger

"So that's gives you the right to be a hypocrite? Just because you're the leader and helped us and brought us into this doesn't mean you can treat us like this!" Young west said also standing up

"You're only mad because your head is up Owen's ass" nafla replied with a chuckle. west was quick to try and swing at nafla but bloo and loopy was quicker, blocking the two and holding them back. By then other students started noticing and the attention was on your table.
