Back story part 13

She looked at you in shock before hesitantly yelling your father's name to come to the door. You could've sworn she saw a ghost standing in front of her as her eyes locked on you in disbelief.

"I'm coming" he answered. Shortly after that he was at the door, the same look on your mom's face appearing on his.

"Who did this to you?" He asked. You didn't answer and just looked down hiding the injury.

"I need a place to stay..." you said with a small voice, choosing to ignore the rather important question he asked.

"Come inside" your father said. You signaled bloo who was still parked outside to leave before stepping inside, your mom closing the door behind you and looking at you with a sigh.

"Who the hell did you let do this to you?" She asked with her arms crossed, a mean face on her features

"My boyfriend"

"It wasn't one of those boy's was it?" Your father asked

"No" you lied

"Your father told me about those boys you been staying with. A house full of men and one girl and you think we're gonna believe you ain't fooling around with one of them, if not all of them!" She said to you raising her voice at the end

"Why do you even think you can have any words about this situation when you haven't been on my life in how long? You don't know me anymore so don't assume what I'm doing" you responded getting hostile with her

"Don't get yourself kicked back out" she told you

"She's not going anywhere" your dad said to your mother making her shut up

"You can stay as long as you need to but if you run back to whoever this boyfriend is you have to leave" he told you

"Thank you" you said before hugging him tight. Your mother glared at the both of you before walking away, the door being slammed shut heard shortly after.

"I'm so sorry I didn't protect you" your father said

"I learned a long time ago that I just have to protect myself" you told him.

"Her parents let her stay" bloo said to everyone

"Good. I'm sure it'll be good for her to recover" boa responded

"Man...what if we never see her again?" Loopy said

"She'll still be going to school with us" bloo said

"But we're about to graduate soon" Andy told them

"I'm not sure if we'll see her after that but we'll have to let the future lead us" bloo said

"Do you think Nafla will find her?" Loopy asked

"Nah. Where her parents live is a bit discreet" he said

"Speaking of the devil" boa said as her phone rang before she answered it with a brief "yes?"

"Hey have you heard from ___ today? She's kinda been isolating herself lately and I'm worried" he said putting on his nice guy voice

"Oh, well I know the guys said an aunt picked her up from her apartment and apparently she lives in San Diego" boa lied

"She didn't say anything to me. Do you know the address or a way I can get in contact with her?" He asked

"No clue. All they told me was that she's gone to San Diego" boa said

"Okay. Hey can you put me on the phone with bloo?" he said asked

"Yeah sure" she said hesitantly before reaching the phone to him. Bloo stared at it for a few seconds before grabbing it an answering, Nafla speaking with a voice that held dangerous energy behind it
