I looked out the windo w of the plane as my mind was consumed with thoughts of my first little angel. My first experience with pregnancy was beyond traumatizing, but I loved him from the moment I knew about him. He was my light in the darkness. He was my peace through the pain. I felt my the tears roll down my cheeks.

Georgia was the only place I make sure I never had to go to like that. I've vacationed in Florida and had even been to California before coming close to knowing where Gregorio was. Georgia was different. It was were the worst moments of my life happened. Just knowing I was close brought on so many bad memories.

"Bebita" Gregorio spoke behind me

I wiped my face looking away from the window. I sighed feeling eyes on me and knowing they were Asani's.

"Yeah"

"We bout to land. You good?"

"Mmhmm"

I stuck my airpods in before anymore words could be spoke. I could feel Asani eyes linger longer before moving away. I didn't want to be bothered. I knew if I really spoke to them I'd break down. I got use to being around Asani but when he and Rio get together, I feel myself getting weak.

The plane landed and I followed them off completely zoned out. My shades were on and I listen to music, trying not to think about were I was. The ride to where we were staying was quick. I looked at the beautiful condo that overlooked the city. I wanted to admire them but the first thing I felt was fear. Fear of seeing the city that broke me down before I could be built up fully.

Before anyone could say anything to me, I grabbed my bag and headed inside. I waited at the elevator and got on behind them. Once we got upstairs, Rio and and Asani headed to one door, while Anthony (Bones), Cedric (KO), and Grim. My brother called my name letting me know to follow him.

Inside the condo was nice. The decor was a burgundy red and black. I walked down the hall and took the room that was at the end of the hallway. I closed the door and headed to the shower. It was a little after ten and I was prepared to not sleep. Nothing would make me sleep. Nothing ever did when this day comes. I got in the shower and finally let myself cry. I couldn't hold on any longer but made sure I was a quiet as possible.

After my shower, I got dressed in an oversized t-shirt and some boy shorts before climbing into bed. I laid down trying to stop my tears so no one would see them if they came in. It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door.

"Baby girl" Asani spoke softly "You haven't eaten anything today... please ma. Eat something"

"I'm fine" my voice shook a little

"Giovanni" he sighed "I'm here, okay?"

"I know"

"Try to sleep mama"

"I will"

It took a minute but eventually he walked away from the door. I sighed knowing the insomnia was on full effect. After a couple hours, my tears stopped and my body relaxed. I wasn't asleep but I was resting.

I was alert when my door opened. I didn't move but I listened. The person only stepped inside and closed the door. After a minute or two I heard Asani's voice.

"I know you not sleep ma"

"I'm resting" I sighed

"When's the last time you slept?"

"I don't know Asani" I sat up "What's wring?"

"I know you not sleeping. You stop eating. What's going on?"
