It's been a few month now since Sybarin's arrival, he leaves his Orbiter and Ordis in the care of Atlas engineers to repair in any way they can, he's found his own place in Beacon with team RWBY and JNPR, and over time, he's learned quite a few things concerning the planet with its... various studies.

Now here he is, in another combat class with Glynda watching Jaune go up against a bigger guy who seems a lot like a brute with the way he's prepared. His name is, Cardin Winchester.

What he knows about that guy is completely negative. Put it in better words, he's what you'd call a bully. He's apparently been picking on a lot of people since the first week of school including Jaune. Once he also tried to pick on Sybarin but ended up getting beamed to the face, he never bothered him again.

But it doesn't stop there. In Remnant, as Sybarin is told and encountered, there are people in this world as common as everyone called, 'Faunus' who are people with animal characteristics. Due to that, they face incredible discrimination from the normal population, causing the once-peaceful group called the White Fang to become the most feared insurrectionist group in Remnant. Cardin is one of those who discriminate the Faunas, and there is plenty to go with that guy.

The match ended with Cardin nearly hammering Jaune's face with his mace ads Glynda stepped in and made the announcement of the apparent upcoming festival called, The Vytal Festival. Apparently in this festival, the other schools from the four Kingdoms being named, Atlas, Mistral, Vacuo, and Vale, come together and put their students in a combat arena to fight in a competition. Much like the Conclave but public and is referred to as a celebration of life. Sybarin finds it pretty ironic in a way but can't find the right words to put it.

Ruby, Yang and Weiss moved around their seats in excitement of the announcement while Phyrra and Sybarin looked over to Jaune in concern as the lunch bell rang.

The two teams accompanied by the Tenno sat together at the end of a long table and started to listen to Nora's story.

Nora told her story, immersed into it, "And there we were, in the middle of the night..."

"It was day." Ren corrected.

"We were surrounded by Ursa..."

"They were Beowolves." Ren corrected again, passively.

"Dozens of them!"

"Two of them." Ren corrected again.

"But they were no match," Nora continued, completely ignoring him, "and in the end, Ren and I took them down and made a boatload of Lien selling Ursa skin rugs."

She seemed really proud of herself.

Ren sighed, "She's been having this reoccurring dream for nearly a month now."

Sybarin turned over and notices Phyrra and Ruby both bothered by Jaune's case, ignoring Nora's story.

"Something's obviously bothering you Jaune, it doesn't take a genius to see it." Sybarin said.

Jaune looked at him slightly startled and almost stammered, "Uh, what... I mean... I'm fine guys."

"No your not Jaune," Ruby disagreed, "We know that Cardin's been picking on you since the first week of school."

"Oh come on guys, he's not picking on me, he's just... messing around, practical jokes you know."

"He's a bully."

"Oh come on," Jaune scoffed, "name one time he's ever bullied me."

Sybarin replied, "Well, there was that one time he pushed you into a locker during Ms.Goodwitch's class and sent you off somewhere else."
