Cassiopeia's POV
It was the middle of October and we were finally going into Hogsmeade. This might be the first break I'd taken all year. I'd spent all my time studying for classes.

Hermione and I were wrapped in several layers of clothing to try and stay warm. The wind was bitter cold, and it looked as if it would snow. The corridors in the castle were freezing as we went to meet Ron and Harry at breakfast.

Ron lost no time in jumping into a story about how Harry had apparently dangled him upside down by the ankle that morning. As amusing as the story seemed, I found myself lost in thought.

I'd never heard back from Fred about Hogsmeade. Maybe he'd forgotten, or the shop was just to busy for him to come. Either way, it didn't seem like I'd get to see him today.

Maybe he found someone else, someone who he sees everyday, I think for a brief second before shoving the thought out of my mind.

Thankfully, I was pulled out of my thoughts by Ginny arriving. She handed Harry a letter from Dumbledore.

It must be the next lesson, I thought cheerfully.

"Monday evening!" Harry exclaimed.

I grinned as I thought about learning more about Tom Riddles story. His life was strange, but somehow fascinating.

"Want to join us in Hogsmeade, Ginny?" Harry asked.

"I'm going with Dean... might see you there," Ginny said.

It seemed to escape everyone else's notice that Harry's expression had fallen just for a second.

After we had all been passed off by Filches secrecy sensor, we walked into the village. Even with all the layers I had on, I could feel goosebumps forming.

The four of us stood outside of Zonkos, staring at the boarded windows. As I was about to say something about the twins not being here for this, someone grabbed me around the waist.

I whirled around prepared to punch whoever it was in the nose, hard. Instead though, I grinned at the two tall red heads that were standing behind me.

"Hello, Love," Fred said with a smirk.

"Long time, no see," George said with a grin.

I melted into Fred as soon as he wrapped his arms around me. For a moment everything was perfect and back as it should be. Fred and George were here, and I'd never been happier.

The perfect moment ended all too soon, and Fred pulled away. I was instantly scooped up in George's arms as he spun around in a circle. We burst into laughter as he almost tripped and fell.

"Hope you don't mind if we steal Cas today," Fred said.

"Would it matter if we did?" Ron asked.

"Nope," Fred grabbed my hand and I was pulled away from Harry, Ron and Hermione.

Instead of going to The Three Broomsticks as I'd expected, we found a way into Zonkos. This didn't seem like the best idea, but I didn't care. As long as I was with them, with him, I didn't care.

The joke shop seemed strangely empty without the usual ruckus that filled it. Everything was dark, and although it was warmer than outside, it was still cold.

I jumped up on a table top inside the shop and was soon joined by the twins. We spent a long time just sitting there talking, and making jokes. I hadn't felt this alive for months.

It must have been two hours before George jumped up from the counter. Fred dropped his arm from around me and I turned around.

"Where you goin?" I asked in a sing song voice.

"To leave the happy couple to have some alone time," George said.

"You don't have to George.." I said.

"Yeah-" Fred began but was cut off.

"I do. Besides, I promised Kileigh I'd meet her for lunch. Have fun lovebirds." There was a loud crack and George was gone.

"Well okay then," I said a bit confused.

"It's not much of a surprise. He spends most of his time with her these days," Fred said looking annoyed.

"Hey, you're still his twin brother. George loves you, and no girl will ever change that. He's just distracted right now that's all," I told him sincerely.

Fred sighed, "I know. Buuut as long as he's gone..."

He pulled me in and pressed his lips to mine. I felt the familiar jolt of electricity as I wrapped my arms around his neck. I needed this moment to go on forever. I memorized everything. The way his lips tasted, and the way he smelled. Everything.

Ten minutes later we left Zonkos, rosy cheeked and out of breath. We'd decided to spend the last little while in The Three Broomsticks.

We both ordered a butter beer, and sat down at a table.

"Do you think George would propose to Kileigh?" I asked Fred.

Fred seemed very taken aback by this. "Uh.. maybe? Not right now. But maybe in the future. Why? You jealous?" He joked.

I laughed, "No way, I've got the boy I need." Fred blushed and I laughed even harder.

It was too soon that we were back outside in the bitter wind. Fred had to get back to the shop, and I had to get back to the castle. I didn't want to say goodbye.

"I'll see you soon, okay? The next time you come to Hogsmeade we'll be here," Fred said sadly.

"I know. Soon. I love you, Weasley," I said before planting a kiss on his lips.

"I love you too, Potter."

Every fiber in my body was screaming to turn around and go back to him as I returned to the castle. Go back for just one more kiss, I kept thinking. But I couldn't. I knew I'd never be able to leave if I turned around.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione were sitting in the common room when I got there. I sat down next to Harry and put my feet in his lap.

"Cas. Get your feet off of me," Harry demanded.

"Nope," I said in a fake sweet voice.

Harry glared at me, and I gave him a smile.

"So, what did I miss?" I asked the group.

"Well, Harry tried to kill Mundungus. And then Katie Bell was cursed by a necklace from Borgin and Burke's. And then Harry accused Malfoy of being responsible for that, until Mcgonagall said he wasn't even in Hogsmeade," Hermione said.

I gasped, "is Katie okay?"

"She's in the hospital wing," Ron told me.

"Wait wait, why'd you try and kill Mundungus?" I asked Harry.

"Because he was stealing from Sirius.. er me," Harry said.

I'd forgotten that Harry was the new owner of Grimmauld place. It was strange to think he owned an entire house.

After a while of talking, Ron and Hermione went up to their rooms.

"So, did you see Ginny today?" I asked, trying to sound casual.

"No, why?" Harry asked, looking bewildered.

I rolled my eyes at him. Harry didn't see what was right in front of him. Again. Maybe he didn't realize he was staring to like Ginny, but I did.

"Oh Harry, you're so oblivious sometimes," I said with a laugh as I got up to go to the dorms.

"Wait what do you mean?" Harry asked quickly.

I just laughed again as I walked up the stairs, leaving a very confused Harry behind me.
