While Mingyu decided to still take a few days off before going back to university, I had already been skipping too many days and decided to go back the day after Mingyu came back. The problem was that I still feared even getting inside a car, so I was very worried about it.

Wonwoo and Minghao had come to fetch me so we could leave but even they could see how uneasy I felt about it. I was paler than usual and not even the makeup I was wearing seemed to be able to conceal it. The whole ordeal had me restless too, so I had prominent dark circles under my eyes that not even the best concealers would be able to hide.

When we left, going downstairs with -once again- Wonwoo's help while Minghao picked up the wheelchair, Wonwoo and I waited for Minghao to come with the car so we would be able to finally leave. They had told me to go on the backseat so Wonwoo could sit beside me in case anything happened but I still couldn't help but feel terrified.

"Eunji, you don't need to worry, okay?" Wonwoo told me as we waited for Minghao. "How many times have you been in a car? Nothing will happen to you; to any of us."

"But I also went with Mingyu on his scooter hundreds of times and look at what happened," I reasoned.

"We are here, okay?" He said crouching in front of me and holding my hands. "If you feel like you can't do it anymore, I will tell Minghao to stop the car, okay?"

After nodding, Minghao arrived and went out of the car to help Wonwoo get me inside it. I was trembling and they both noticed, sending me sad looks before getting inside the car themselves.

"I will go slowly, okay?" Minghao told me. "Don't hesitate to tell me to stop."

He then started the car and sped away, when I immediately grabbed Wonwoo's hand and held onto it for dear life.

My heart was beating so fast one would think it would end up coming out of my chest and my mind seemed to be cloudy, memories of the accident occupying my mind from the very first second.

"Eunji, are you alright?" Wonwoo asked me concerned. "Do you want to go back?"

"No, continue. Don't worry," I lied.

Even though I wasn't doing okay at all, I knew that I needed to get over my fear as fast as I could if I wanted to go back to my normal life. The university was far away from home as well as the studio where the boys rehearsed, so I needed to get over my ridiculous fear quickly.

"Let's do something," I heard Minghao said before he handed Wonwoo his phone, his eyes still fixed on the road. "Call Mingyu. It will sound on the car speakers."

Doing as told, Wonwoo dialled Mingyu's phone and it took exactly one ring for him to pick it up.

"Minghao! Did anything happen? Is Eunji doing alright?" Mingyu asked worriedly.

"Mingyu, we need you to distract her," Minghao explained. "Just say whatever to keep her mind off of everything else."

"I don't know what to talk about..." he said as he tried to come up with something.

"Tell her about those girls from the hotel you told me about," Wonwoo told him and I looked at him confused.

"Oh, right!" Mingyu said. "I think we were in about the first week of October or something like that when I was with the boys at the dorm hanging out and simply scrolling through my Instagram feed while the others played, if I remember properly, FIFA on the PlayStation 4. The thing is, that I suddenly received a notification on Instagram that someone wanted to send me a direct message and I quickly checked it out to see that one of the girls that we had seen when we were filming in Haeundae had somehow found me."

"Did you see what the message said?" I asked him now curious.

"In her exact words, as I have it open right here: 'Oppa, I don't know if you remember me but I sure do remember you. I was one of the girls staying at the same hotel as you in Haeundae and wanted to ask you on a date. I know you were with a girl that day but I am sure you could do much better. I have been searching for you ever since. Text me at +82-105-xxxx-xxx!'"

"I don't even know what to say..." I said as I tried to process what Mingyu read. "Did you answer?"

"I just blocked her and that's it," he told me. "Why? Would you have told her anything?"

"To quote my dearest Shakespeare's words: ''Her brain is as dry as the remainder biscuit after voyage'," I said making all the boys laugh. "But I guess that to get my message more across with her two- if even- existing brain cells I could simply just text her that when god was dropping intelligence to the earth she must have been using an umbrella."

That almost made Wonwoo and Mingyu die from laughter while Minghao literally had to pull over for a minute as he too was laughing like mad.

"God, you surely have a great insult dictionary!" Minghao said drying his now teary eyes before looking ahead. "Oh, by the way, we are already inside the campus."

I then looked outside the window and saw that we indeed had already arrived. The only thing left was for Minghao to park the car.

"See? You made it safe and sound," Mingyu said over the phone. "I will hang up now, alright? Tell me later about all that you see in class today!"

"Thank you to the three of you," I told them. "I really mean it."

"Thank you!" Minghao said. "With how tense the atmosphere has been at the flats I think we all really needed that laugh."
