JOSHUA'S POV

The rest of the boys and I decided to leave to Busan at six in the morning so we arrived there by lunchtime, which meant we all had to wake up at around half past five the latest so we could all get ready.

The other group going to Daegu had it easier as they would be leaving at nine, so they could all sleep for a lot longer than us, which I was kind of jealous of.

When I woke up, I tried to not make any sound that could wake up the girls, Mingyu or Seokmin but, when I went out of Yeonyoo's room, I saw my sister at the kitchen table preparing some sandwiches to the best of her abilities.

"What are you doing up?" I asked her. "Go back to sleep."

"No, I wanted to prepare some snacks for all of you. You will all already spend enough money just by going there," she told me.

"But I could have done it. You can barely even move with those casts." I tried to reason.

She then suddenly slammed her good hand on the table angrily, which made me jump slightly. My sister wasn't one to get angry and have sudden outbursts easily, so what I had said must have really affected her.

"Can you please all stop treating me like I am impaired or something?!" She exclaimed but not loud enough to wake up the others. "It's already hard enough as it is. I don't want you all to pity me all of the time."

"Sorry... I didn't know..." I said approaching her and giving her a quick hug. "Still, let me help you at least."

She then gave in and moved her wheelchair aside slightly so I could sit beside her and I began wrapping the sandwiches in aluminium foil and writing the names of each of the boys while she prepared them. Eunji seemed to really know each and every one of the boys' tastes as she prepared a different one for each of us.

When we were finally done, I saw it was already time for me to leave and picked up my backpack along with the bag of sandwiches we had prepared before saying goodbye to my sister and going to the flat upstairs to wait for the rest of the boys. Thankfully, they were all ready by the time I got there, so we just went to where Minghao had his car parked before finally making our way to Busan.

°°°

It was around half-past twelve when we finally arrived at Yeonyoo's hometown and Jun texted her we were going to her house. She had no idea I was going too, though, and I was visibly trembling. Her parents would most likely be there too since it was a Saturday and I really wanted to give a good impression.

"Don't worry!" Jun told me. "I am sure her parents will like you. You are everyone's dream son in law!"

We then finally reached her house and ringed the doorbell of the main entrance since the outside door was open. I thought she would be the one opening it but a man about as tall as Mingyu that looked very much like Yeonyoo opened it.

"And who may you all be?" He asked us.

"We are Yeonyoo's friends, Mr Oh," Jun said sticking his hand out. "Nice to meet you, I'm Wen Junhui."

"Oh! You are Yeonyoo's best friend, right?" He asked him as he shook his hand. "Yeonyoo only speaks wonders about you; I guess I will have to see that myself."

One by one the rest of the boys introduced themselves and Yeonyoo's father seemed to have a nickname for all of them so I was worried about what would mine be.

"I'm Hong Joshua," I told him.

"Sorry, who?" He asked confused. "Joshua...?"

"Yeonyoo's boyfriend," Yeonyoo's mother said seemingly appearing out of nowhere. "Nice to meet you."

"Oh! Jesus Christ himself!" Mr Oh said and everyone but Mrs Oh and I burst out laughing. "Did you come to bless this household?"

"Dad, stop teasing them al-" I heard Yeonyoo say but she stopped in a halt when she saw me. "Shua? What are you doing here?"

"I'm glad to see you too after a month!" I said with an awkward smile.

Yeonyoo then grabbed my hand and pulled me inside the house, dragging me to what seemed to be her room. In the process, I had managed to see the living room slightly and I now completely understood why she had chosen the bedroom decorations with dark colours.

She even had hanging on the living room bookcase some witch dolls that in any other house you would only see during Halloween season and even her table was shaped like a dragon. Her room followed that pattern too, using black, dark blue and grey colours predominantly.

"Nice... nice house!" I told her.

"Yes, sure, thank you. What are you doing here, Joshua?" She directly asked me. "I thought I told Jun that I didn't want you to come."

"Look, sorry about that... I just... I really missed you and needed to see you, okay?" I confessed. "If you want to, I will leave already but I needed to see myself that you were okay."

There then were a few seconds of silence and I honestly thought she was going to kick me out of her house right there and then, but she suddenly grabbed my face and pulled me in a very passionate kiss that lasted for almost a minute but only felt like a second. I had missed her so much during the month she was away that even just a simple thing like this brought me nothing but joy.

"I'm so stupid. I should have never left," she said hugging me. "I'm sorry, Joshua."

"I should be the one sorry here," I said rubbing circles on her back. "I have missed you so much you simply can't even begin to understand. Just don't leave me again, alright?"
