The battle was at The Reef and it was Orange vs Blue.
The team turned back to their humanoid form
"Alright, remember the plan." Tikka said assuring them
Orion nodded
The timer went off and they all went down turfing the surface, Victor and Farrah went to cover more turf to charge up their specials while Tikka went to splat
A short Orion POV
I ran and swam to a higher place to snipe out my opponents "*mind* Ok Orion, don't worry, it's just like your days as a soldier. You can do this." I took a deep breath and focused aiming, I see a Inkling girl that is using a Inkbrush. "*mind* Stay calm, wait for the perfect moment and..." The girl got in my range and I splated her "I-I got her, I actually got her!"
Third-person POV
Orion heard someone got out of ink near him, before he could react he got splated
"Maybe don't talk to yourself next time." Clementine said as she swam to where her teammates are
Orion's ghost flew all the way to their base and he reformed back to his formal self "I got to get to the others!" He then swam to his teammates to support them
Victor runs while his brush is inking the floor, while he was doing that he encountered Angelo
Victor stopped running and started to swipe his brush at Angelo, Angelo moved out of the way and went for the splat. Only to get splated by Farrah's Slosher
"Booyah, Arra!" Victor said as his thanks
Farrah booyahed back and continues to charge up her special
Tikka went for some close up splats, she then realized that her special weapon was ready. She went for the place that has the most of the opponent's ink and started to to use her special weapon. She then used Suction-bomb launcher and covered some turf and splated a couple of the members of VitaminInk
Farrah got her special charged and yelled "Vic! It's ready!"
"Mine is too!"
Victor and Farrah super jumped back to base, Farrah and Victor both got out their Tenta missiles. They then aimed and fired.
Orion looked at the missiles as they were flying towards Clementine and her group
Clementine cried "Aw Cra-!"
The missiles took out VitaminInk and everyone started to take some of their turf back
The battle was fierce, they fought back and forth but in the end...
Team InkCurry won!!!
The gang were relieved that they won
"I thought that we were about to lose for a second there." Tikka said as she sighed in relief
Victor chuckled "Well it was a good thing that the plan worked, honestly, I thought I was going to get splated by Angelo there. Thanks for the save Arra."
"Anytime Vic!"
"Say, how about we celebrate our win against team VitaminInk?" Victor said with a grin
"Sorry Vic, I have to catch up on my anime." Tikka said apologizing to him
"Oh ok, how about you?"
Orion snapped out of spacing out and apologized "Sorry but I need to go home, I have somethings to do there."
"Oh..."
"Don't worry Vic! I'll come with you!" Farrah said with a grin
"We live in the same house."
"Exactly!"
Tikka laughed at the funny man and the straight man duo
Orion looked at the time on his Octo Phone. It was 2:07 pm
Orion put his Octo Phone away "I have to go now, sorry guys."
"Hey wait, let's all exchange contacts to each other. So we can keep in touch." Tikka said as she gives him her contact number
Orion agreed and they all exchanged contacts, Orion said his goodbyes and left Inkopolis Square by train
He got to the apartment complex and unlocked the door. No one was home yet so he was by himself, he stared at the place and realized that he could clean up the place while they're gone
23 minutes later
The door was opening and the 3 came back from the beach
"Yo! Orion! We're back!" Skye said as she was putting her bag down next to the door
"Oh welcome back guys, where have you been?"
"The beach and man I'm tired. I feel like dropping on the floor right now." Sam said as she yawned
"Well I'm not! I can stay up all day!" Said Skye
"Right...welp, I'm off to bed."
Orion stopped Sam "Wait, but you just got back, shouldn't you take a shower before sleeping?"
Sam groaned "ughhh, I'll do that later."
"But you haven't took one for 3 days!"
"So? The sea water is considered a bath. So basically I'm clean."
"......."
3 minutes later
Orion was chasing Sam with 2 spray bottles filled with soapy water
Sam screeched at Orion "Shtap!!!"
"Not until you take a shower!
Skye was eating popcorn while watching this happen
"Sh-Should I help?" Eight said concerned
"Nah, it's entertaining." Skye said with a mouth full of popcorn
At the end, Orion won the battle and Sam was now finally cleaning herself
Authors note: School is such a pain ughhhhhh, but at least I get to talk to my friends. Anyways Stay fresh!
