It's the weekends again and I'm not grounded anymore. So I'm hanging out with Jon for the weekend while Danny, Jon and Joey are away at a school field trip. I didn't wanna go and Jon was in a grade above us so he couldn't go either so we decided to hang out together. And joey is going because he's school is also going to be there too. So that just leaves me and Jon hanging out all weekend long, doing whatever we wanna do. So Jon is sleeping over my house and we're getting ready to go out to the store than to the boys and girls club
We're in my room getting ready to leave. Hey Donnie, can I borrow this shirt? Yea sure Jon just remember to give it back to me. Okay cool I will man. You may not know this but I have a little crush on Jon and he doesn't know about it. No one knows yet besides Jordan. I don't know if he likes me too but it hard sometimes because I think he does but I'm not sure and I don't wanna ask him out just in case if he doesn't like me the same. So Donnie how do I look?? You look great Jon! Thanks, now we are matching. Yea I guess you're right about that, we are Matching. That's kinda funny if you think about it. I can change my shirt if you don't wanna match donnie. No it's fine Jon. Okay cool will I guess we're all sit and we can go now. Sure thing... let go.
As we started heading down the stairs and into the kitchen to get a drink before we leave my mom came in. Hey boys, where are you two off to? Hey mom, we're going to the store and off to the boys and girls club. Oh on I don't want you boys there anymore. I told you about this last week when you ask to go. But mom... no buts donnie, there are a lot of stuff you boys can do. Okay fine mom. Let's go Jon, we'll be back later mom I said as we started to walk out the front door. Don't be lest for dinner donnie! We eat at 6:00 pm. She yell back at me. Okay mom bye love you. Love you too Donnie and be safe.
As we Walk to the store, I couldn't help but kinda notice will I think I notice Jon looking at me.... will not really looking ... more like staring at me but again I may be wrong. Yea because I like him and my mind is playing tricks on me. So I'm not going to make a big deal out of it. Even through I wish he was staring because that would mean he likes me back. So where are we going to go now that we can't go to the boys and girls club? I have no idea Jon. I'll think of something we can do that is free or little to free. I said as we walk into the corner store. We could go to the skate park? I said um... I don't have my skate bored with me. Okay than.... we can just go back to my house and play some video games if you wanna?? Yea sure thing. What kind of chips do you want Jon?? Um... anything is fine. Okay then and I'll get the chips and you go and get two Mountain Dews Jon. Okay I'll be back in a few then. As Jon want to get chips I was thinking to myself. Should I ask him out, I do like him and I do wanna go out with him but I just don't know if he likes me too. I also don't want him to reject me either. It's a hard subject and I'll put asking him out off on hold until I know for sure that he likes me as much as I like him. Okay Donnie I get the drinks. We can go now. Okay cool Jon lets go and pay so we can get back to my house.
As we was playing video games and getting chips and candy. I couldn't help but stare at Jon. I didn't mean to... it just happen. As I was staring at Jon. I heard my mom voice behind me and Jon calling my name. Donnie, can I talk to you in the kitchen for a minute? Sure thing mom. I'll be back Jon. Okay man. As we walk into the Kitchen and we sit down. Hey, how's everything going? It's good mom. Kinda bored but besides that good. I see you and Jon are getting along nicely. Yea why wouldn't we? We're like best friends. Will... more like family. Yea I know that but I couldn't help but notice that you two look like you two was more than just friends. Really?? Yea Donnie. I know you like him and I know he likes you too. He would be crazy not to like a handsome boy like you. You two would like cute together. I don't think he likes me mom but thanks anyways. Are you kidding me Donnie? He clearly likes you, You should ask him out and see where it takes you two. I don't know mom. I don't wanna ruin our friendship. Will it won't hurt to ask him out and I think you two would make the cutest couple ever. But you do whatever you wanna do and I'll be right here for you Donnie.... always. Thank you mom. I love you. I love you too Donnie now go back in with Jon. He's probably wondering what's taking you so long. Dinner should be done an a hour. Okay mom. As I walk back into the living room and sit down next to Jon. I look at him and smile one least time before I started playing the game again. Sooner or later I will ask him out.
