Part seventeen

Safdar ran to the hospital to see Chammi. She was lying in her bed, unconscious. He asked the doctor what had happened. "She's got two broken legs, and has some internal bleeding. She is lucky to be alive." Safdar asked what her recovery chances were. "We are doing our best. Hopefully the medicines stop her bleeding. Once her bleeding stops, we'll know more." Safdar sat down and waited for his sister to wake up.

Jameel was at home, packing when he saw Aaliyah. "I'm sorry miss. I didn't mean to make you faint. Normally, my audience loves that song. Please forgive me, or Safdar sir will never forgive me for hurting his?" "Aaliyah, and I'm not Safdars Aaliyah. I'm only your Aaliyah Jameel. And it's for you, this Aaliyah was reincarnated." "Reincarnated?" "Yes, remember Jameel, you were the one who used to tell me for true love, one lifetime is not enough. You said true love never ends, and we would find each other in every lifetime." "I said that?" "Yes, you did Jameel. Please remember. I have travelled a long way to find you and I'm tired now. Please, make me yours again, or Safdar and chammi will win again."

Chammi woke up and started crying. Safdar tried to console her, but she wouldn't stop crying. "Safdar, this is karma. We tried to split them up and this is God's punishment for me." "Chammi, where's Aaliyah?" "I don't know. She wandered off somewhere. I hope she's with her Jameel. Maybe God will be kind to me then." "No! Screamed Safdar, she can't be with Jameel. I won't lose her again." Chammi held Safdar. "She's not yours. She's Jameels. Let them go." Safdar was surprised at chammis change of attitude. He ran home and was shocked by what he saw.

"Sir, I believe she's yours. She lost her way whilst shopping, so I brought her here."

"Thanks Jameel, I owe you everything. We are getting married tonight. Please come."

"Thanks sir, but tonight's my train. I wish you a happy marriage though." Jameel turned to leave, but Aaliyah grabbed his hand. He turned and Aaliyah slipped her hand through his. He turned and wiped away a tear. He looked at Aaliyah who shook her head.

Safdar grabbed hold of Aaliyah and locked her in an empty room. "Your not getting out, until it's time for the wedding." Aaliyah shouted "no. Stop Safdar."
