Point of view - V

(Thought it would be good if I do this chapter in V's Point of view this time.)

V's mission was to reconnect with his demon side, nothing else. But noting that you figured out that him and Urizen were the same person and that you ordered him directly to bring your father back struck him hard.

"Mark my words shortcake, I'll bring him back."

He mentally groaned. But seeing you looking determined through your shining (e/c) eye, made him determined as well. "I can't believe she figured it out." Griffon muttered as he flew around V's approaching form. His next goal was to find the legendary devil hunter in sleep mode: Dante. And he could do that by finding the location of the devil sword Sparda.

"Well..." V started, humming in thought as he glanced around the area quickly. "Shortcake is indeed smarter than she looks." Griffon snorted at his response.

It didn't take long as V found the location of the sword in question. Jumping down towards it and grabbing it from the wall, he let out a grunt by the power he felt radiating off of it like sun rays. "Oh look what we have here V~!" Griffon sung loudly as he landed on some debris on the left of V.

Turning his attention towards his winged companion, he immediately ran towards him and gasped of shock. It was Dante, unconscious and most certainly stiff. He should wake up from a simple fake out right? He raised the large sword into the air, grunting at the loss of strength to do so easily.

Griffon squawked with resistance. And V ignored him, bringing down the sword to strike Dante...

And that's when he opened his eyes.

"So you're telling me that my niece came to you directly and told you to bring her father back?" Dante questioned, raising an eyebrow. V nodded, handing the devil hunter the devil sword. He had no use for it. It would be better off with Dante.

His strength was slowly diminishing and he fell to his knees. Looking at his arm, he noticed that it would break off into little specks of light and fly away into the wind. His time was diminishing quickly.

Dante looked at him worriedly as he helped him up. "Hey V you should probably rest. I can already tell that you aren't at your best right now." He advised as both Griffon and V shook their heads, they were determined.

"My apologies Dante, but I made a promise and I cannot break it." V insisted on this, trying to get up on his feet; without them shaking of course.

Griffon flew in a circle over the devil hunter's head, watching his movements carefully. "You heard the man! Now help him up we got a mission to complete."
