Chapter 12

"I want to tell him so bad." I whispered, my eyes filling up with tears.

"But I don't want you to leave." Niall replied, taking a seat next to me on the porch step.

"I don't either, Niall. But you don't understand how much it hurts to be in love with someone, who doesn't love you back." I cried. Niall put a comforting arm around me.

"He loves you Arielle."

"No he doesn't! He loves Eleanor." I snapped.

"Have you seen him lately? Heard him? He says he loves you more now. He looks at you like you're his prized possession. It's because you're a totally different person, he just doesn't know that."

"I want him to know. It hurts for him to call me Eleanor. I wish he would know who I really am. I want to hear him say 'I love you Arielle', not Eleanor. He thinks he's in love with Eleanor, and as soon as I tell him I'm not her. He's going to realize he doesn't love me."

"He does love you and he will stay with you." Niall said, standing up. I got up and hugged him.

"Thank you Niall." I mumbled into his chest.

"You're welcome Arielle." he spoke. I smiled when he said my name. I love the feeling of it.

"I'm going to go for a swim or something.." I pulled out of Niall's arms, and turned around and began walking up the steps.

"Oh, and I do know how it feels to love someone who doesn't love you back." he called after me. I stopped and turned to face him.

"You do?" I asked. He nodded and walked towards me. "How did you get over it?"

"I haven't." he shrugged.

"Who was she?"

"You." he whispered and then pressed his lips to mine. It was a chaste kiss, quick too.

"Bravo." a voice said, behind very slow clapping. I tore my gaze off of Niall and to the voice.

"Why are you here?" I growled.

"Not happy to see me?" she pouted.

"Not really." I said, narrowing my eyes at her. "I thought we left you in L.A a week ago."

"My tour is over babe. I'll be spending more time here now." Perrie winked, before bumping shoulders with me and walking up the porch steps. "And don't worry, I won't tell Louis about your little affair with blondie."
