The bath (part 3)

I was shocked awake by someone yelling when my eyes adjusted I could see I was resting on a sleeping Jonathan's shoulder I was being covered my his jacket I smiled at myself I felt at peace until the yelling came again. I let Jonathan sleep thinking he could use it I covered him with a blanket and took us jacket slipping my arms in its sleeves.

I walked into the kitchen to see Hopper scolding the kids for being so reckless. When I see Dustin my feet moved on their own running to wrap my arms around him.

Dustin! I was so worried. I cried into his shoulder

I'm sorry (y/n) I should have replied when you asked for me but we where scared. Dustin said

I pulled out of the hug and walked to eleven. I examined her she seamed to be completely burnt out.

You doing ok? I asked worry warping my voice

I will be ok sister she replied in a tired voice. My heart swelled at her calling me sister. I sat next to her and she rested her head on my shoulder.

Try to sleep ok? Your going to need all the energy you can get.

Joyce looked at us both and smiled she walked out of the room and came back with something in her hands I was to preoccupied with eleven to notice her with A camera. After the flash went off I looked up to see Joyce taking a photo out of the Polaroid.

Don't think I didn't notice that's Jonathan's jacket! I shook my head at her

Come on! You didn't see it coming?

No I did I'm just surprised it took you two this long!

She looked down at the fully developed photo with a tearful smile. Dustin got off of the phone and looked at hopper proudly

We can do it! We just need salt and lots of it

We where in the middle schools gym trying to set up the bath for eleven to use. Jonathan and Hopper where trying to get water into the gym but gave up in a frustrated sigh I looked at them with a smile

Don't worry I got this I said I shut my eyes the water was slowly appearing into the pool.

A little hotter (y/n) Dustin said after a minute

Yes perfect! Right there

After another minute it was full I opened my eyes to see Hopper and Joyce looking in confusion they didn't ask it was a question for another time.

I sat down on the bleachers I was a little worn out after doing all that. I watched as the salt was put in the pool bag by bag.

After a few more minutes it was done eleven was getting a pep talk from Joyce. Eleven gave her a hug and got into the pool.

After settling eleven down me Nancy and Jonathan felt useless so we went to the police station and stole back our gear we where going to kill the monster with. As we where walking out I spotted a fire extinguisher on the wall I thrusted my elbow at the glass successfully shattering it now we where ready
