I looked over my outfit multiple time. I smooth my hands down to my mid thigh and turn sideways to see if my body was thick enough for this outfit

Damn Aaliyah why you even worried about what you wearing,its just lunch and friendly type of shit. I went into my closet to find a good pair of shoes that goes with my outfit. Once I found the great pair shoes I turned around to see janae. "Hey girly,what you getting all cute fo"she smiled showing her pure white teeth

"Damn girl no good evening or nun" I walked out the closest "and I'm going to lunch with a friend"I hopped on the bed "oh really,who's the friend?"she asked leaning on the wall looking at me with a smirk

"It's dave and no it's not like that,remember I'm with chris"I remind her while I put on my air force 1's "yea you right I dont want you to get in the mix in allat and mess up yo career so remember everyone knows about you and Chris so.."she looked at me with her arm crossed over her chest.

She is right I don't wanna mess nothing up so it's gonna be, gotta be and will be friendly lunch. So it's not gonna be hard cause I don't really see nun in dave than a friend. I'm happy with chris and that's final.

I looked at the time "well I gotta go Janae"my phone started to ring. I dig in my pocket and swipe right "hello"I looked at janae and she just walked out the room to give me privacy "yea I'm out side,yo ass betta be ready"a husky voice said, I chuckled "yea whatever I'ma be downstair"I said hanging up. I gave him my address way before I started dressing up which was 45 mins ago.

I looked back on my phone to see chris texted me. 'Hey you made it?'he asked in the messages about 35 mins ago. Shit I forgot to text him I'm here

'Yea baby I made it,sorry It took so long'I texted him and grabbed my keys and headed downstairs

By time I came downstairs,there go dave leaning on his car on his phone waiting fo me

I ain't gonna lie,he was looking kinda good. He looked up from his phone and met with my eyes"damn what took you so long"he asked opening the door for me as I walked by the car "well y'know it takes time to look like this"I got in and put on my seat, he chuckled and jogged to the drivers seat and got in.

"Why ever time I see you,you always have a new car?"I asked curious as he started the ignition "well a nigga gotta look good"he started driving then glanced at me when he got on the road

"Infront of who?"I asked looking down at my phone to see if chris texted back. "Anywhere and everywhere,it ain't gotta be someone"he did a quick look at me then look back on the road "mmmhhmm"I looked on the road and decided to lean my head on the window.

"Wuddup with you"he glanced at me with a worried look "oh I good just alil tired" "well you can talk a lil nap cause the place we going is lil bit far" "ok" I closed my eye's and let sleep take over.

"Yo we here"he shook my shoulder gently until I finally woke up "damn"I pulled down the mirror in the car and started fixing my hair "baby girl, you look good,nun messed up"I rolled my eyes "I'm just tryna make sure ight"he put his hands up in surrender and chuckled.

I got out and started walking to the restaurant as dave walked behind me "hi, how may I help you?" the host asked " um reservation for 2"dave said getting in front of me "oh I see,is this fo your lovely lady?"she asked while looking at the list. He looked at me then back at her "uh nah"I ain't gonna lie I kinda feel hurt when he said 'nah'

"Oh well, your table would be right"she started walking as we walked behind her"here, and the waiter will be here in a lil"she smiled and walked away

"So what's been up with my sis" I looked at him with an un readable expression "really sis,ok now I'm a sis"I said low enough for him to hear "y'know you always been my fam"I rolled my eyes "well I've been good" before he could respond the waiter came
"Hi guys here are yall menus" she placed the menus in front of us "and what kind of drinks to start you guys off with"she smiled "I'll get a sprite"I started looking in the menu and "um yall got sum henny" "oh yes we do sir,will you like that?"she offered

"Yeah,thank you" "oh you are welcome,would you guys like sum appetizers"she smiled "um I think we good"I looked up from the menu "oh ok,your drinks would be here in a sec"she walked away

"So what you been up to" I put my menu down and give him attention "shid alot"he shooked his head "damn wuddup with you" "shid my Babymomma tryna put me on child"he cut off"man I don't wanna talk about that shit"I shake my head "well I'ma always be here with you ight" "I know" he leaned back smirking "anyway,what's up you and baby boy " I rolled my eyes

"His name is chris brown, not baby boy"I playfully rolled my eyes "yea I know his name,I work with him before, alil collab we did but he aight,coo' dude tho but not right for you"I tilted my head side ways from what he said at the end "not right fo me? Then who is right for me then"I challenge him to see what he gonna say

Wow never heard that before,most people would say we look cute together,some say our kids gonna look good and shid like that but never heard 'he not right for me.'

"Shid how im supposed to know, if I know who,I'll let y'know" I laughed at his comment "whatever,wudd about you?" I looked up and seen the waiter came with our drinks
