Author's note: since I made y'all wait so long for this, here's an extra special chapter. And some fan service. You're welcome.

6 months later

I walk down the long hall, making my way to the library to find something new to read. We just finished a meeting, discussing the next expedition.

As I round a corner I almost bump into Levi. He stops, gently resting his hands on my shoulders.

"Fancy meeting you here." I say to him, grinning. I lean into him, wrapping my arms around his waist. He hugs me back, his chin resting against my head.

"Let's go out tonight." Levi says, suddenly, his face smooth.

"Where should we go?" I respond, a smile spreading across my face.

"I know the perfect place. Meet me behind the castle at six sharp."

"What are you planning?" I ask him, suddenly curious. He's not really one to plan surprises.

"You'll have to wait and see." He kisses my forehead, releasing me.

"Okay. I'll see you then, Captain."

The next few hours go by so slowly. I can't focus on the book I'm reading. My mind continues to wander toward what surprises await me later.

My eyes dart up to the big clock hanging on the wall. I huff when I see that only a few minutes have passed since I last looked.

Fifteen minutes to six I get up and go outside behind the castle where I am supposed to meet Levi.

The gravel crunches under my leather boots with each step. The late spring breeze is cool, blowing lightly over my skin.

I don't see him. I sit patiently on a little bench, my book from the library tucked under my arm. I huff, blowing my bangs out of my face, leaning my head back. I stare up at the bright blue sky. The clouds look like big puffs of cotton floating on the sea of azure.

"Hi." I hear the monotone voice coming from my right. I look up, smiling as I see Levi. He's carrying a piece of white fabric in his hands.

"Hello." I respond.

"Are you ready for your surprise?" He says, holding up the piece of cloth.

"Is this my surprise?" I ask, referring to what's in his hands.

"This is part of it." I see his mouth twitch into the slightest smirk. "Turn around."

I do as he instructs. He places the fabric over my eyes, tying it firmly in place behind my head. I can't see anything, except for a little bit of light.

"What is this for?"

"Your surprise. Stop asking so many questions."

I feel his hands on mine. He starts to guide me. I feel nervous. He notices my hesitation.

"I won't let anything happen to you. I promise." He says softly.

"I trust you." I tell him.

"Good. Come here." He says, lifting me effortlessly into his arms. I let out a cry in surprise.

"Shh." He mutters, kissing my cheek. He's in a good mood tonight.

He begins to walk. I wrap my arms around his neck, holding tightly onto him. I feel leaves brush gently against my skin. Is he taking me into the woods?

He carries me for a few minutes. I soon begin to hear the sound of running water. Then he stops, setting me gently on my feet.

I reach up to take the blindfold off my eyes, but he catches my hands.
