Zach arrived at y/n's apartment exactly at eight after he left rehearsals early once again.

Zach leaned on the front of his car as he waited for y/n. only a few minutes later she came out wearing a very short skirt. a tube top and a leather jacket. it definitely makes Zach lose his balance.
"hi." she smiles warmly. "you ready to go?"
Zach soons realizes he was staring. "uh, yeah let's go."
Zach and y/n get into the car. "here's the address of the bar." she shows him the phone.
"oooh, karaoke?" he says excitedly.
"shit i was gonna surprise you." she said laughing. "well yeah i thought it would be fun. you seemed a little angry and i thought it would be a fun outing."
"well yeah i was pretty angry, it was jus stuff with the guys in my band that i told you about the first time we met. they weren't too that i skipped rehearsals to go to the club."
"oh um, sorry about that." y/n got uncomfortable and sad.
"no it's not your fault at all. i'd rather party then be stuck at tour rehearsals, we do it pretty much every night and it gets exhausting." Zach took a deep breath. "i'd rather skip it and go to a bar, or a movie, or literally anything else."
y/n smiled and got an amazing idea. "well maybe we could do that next time..a movie."
Zach smiled. "i'd like that. if actually like that a lot."
"then it's settled. a movie da-" y/n stopped herself before she could say 'date.'
"yes it is, a movie date." he finished.
