-y/n's POV-
After School I grabbed my bag and went over to Ruel.
Y/n: hey
Ruel: hi
Y/n:so since the party is near mine I thought u could come over?
Ruel: y/n that's really kind of you, but I'm pretty sure you're parents wouldn't want me near your house.
Y/n: Ruel please, I don't care about where your from, or what your parents do for a living. I've actually enjoyed talking to you more on the last week than anyone else I've ever met.
Ruel smiled and looked down to the floor as I said that.
Ruel: thank you y/n, that means a lot to me.
I smiled and we walked back to mine.
Once we got to mine I let Ruel in and he looked around.
Ruel: your house is amazing.
Y/n: thanks i guess.
I walked up to my room and Ruel followed.
He looked around my room at all my art and at the music on my shelves.
Ruel: you're into music?
Y/n: yeah I've always loved it, and I kinda found it as a way to escape everything.
He continued to look around and I just watched him.
He looked really interested as he flicked through the vinyls i had.
His hair loosely fell over his face an he brushed his hands through his hair, it was actually really hot.
I was a bit dazed at how amazing he was,
I got lost while looking at him.
Ruel: y/n?
Y/n: yeah? Sorry I zoned out.
Ruel: it's fine, but what time are we leaving?
Y/n: aww shit, I just have to get changed.
I'll be back.
I walked into my bathroom and got changed and walked back into my bedroom. Ruel was sitting on the edge of my bed, he looked up at me and smiled.
Ruel: you look amazing y/n.
Y/n: thank you.
Ruel stood up and walked over to me.
Ruel: thank you for inviting me around y/n, I don't normally come to other people's places.
Y/n: Ruel your always welcome here.
Ruel: thank you y/n.
I put my arms around his torso and he pulled me into a hug.
His long arms held me close to his chest.
I felt safe with Ruel and comfortable, like I could be myself around him.
