OLIVIA AND TOM HAD FLOWN BACK TO NEW YORK A FEW DAYS BEFORE NEW YEARS. They'd spent two days at Olivia's parents house and basically had a second Christmas, Olivia's mom insisted on it, and then they made sure they were back in the city for New Year's eve.
It was just the two of them this time. Violet couldn't make it and Sebastian had already made plans in LA. So they decided to just spend it in Olivia's apartment. She had a huge window from floor to ceiling in her bedroom so the two could just watch the fireworks from her bed, all cuddled up. And that's exactly what they did.
Olivia knew 2017 was going to be good for them both. They had Spiderman out in the summer, they were filming for the new Avengers movie, possibly another one after that. Olivia has Descendants 2 release also in the summer. They had press tours and more movies to film. It was going to be a good year, Olivia just hoped there was nothing that was going to get in the way of it being a damn good year. But nothing ever went smoothly for Olivia, especially not when it came to her love life.
