Dark P.O.V.

As soon as Anti and I return to the castle, I make a quick escape to archives with Anti on my heels. I slam the door open to see a dusty, cobwebbed, musty room. Scrolls and books and paper are scattered all over desks and tables as well as the floor. I take note of the large circular table in the center of the room. I look for a source of light, but find none. I step into the dark room, summoning fire from my hand as light. I find a few old oil lamps along the walls, and light them with my fire. Anti closes the large doors behind him to prevent nosy demons from entering. Upon the eerily lit room having some sort of light source, I can see that the room is tall, with bookshelves only slightly shorter on each wall.

"We have our work cut out for us." I mention. Anti nods, already heading to the closest table. "I'm going to look around to find out if there is some sort of system in here, or separation." He tells me. "Okay. You look around the table, I'll look around the shelves." I decide. I walk to a shelf, and inspect it for any writing to indicate separation of documents. I check along the entire wall of this shelf, and find tiny writing at the end. ~Missing Demons~ It reads. "Anti, look at this." I beckon. He comes up behind me, and I blush a little at the closeness of his human form. I'm glad for the dark room. "Missing demons? So there is a some kind of logic in here. I wonder who organized this place. It looks like it's been unused for ages. Who knows if this is even up to date?" Anti puts a hand on his chin thoughtfully. "Well missing demons could include our candidate, but we should look at all the other possible categories, and then search each one." I decide. I continue along the wall I had already been checking, and Anti takes the one opposite.

Every few shelves has a different name, which I'm thankful not every shelf is a new category, seeing as the bookshelves are so tall. I use my wings as the shelves get higher, and Anti uses his arms and just climbs up. I take note off all categories that could potentially have our demon. Missing demons, criminal demons, human world demons (to be clear, it means demons that were human, but became a demon), second kingdom demons. Second kingdom demons? So it isn't that old, is it? Just old enough to be this dusty. When I get to the second bookcase I notice that all the shelves names are the same, in the same order. I fly up to the very top of the shelves to see an inscription in the middle of each shelf. '§Female Demons§' and '§Male Demons§' were written.

"Two shelves for each gender." I announce. "Yeah, I noticed. What categories you got?" Anti asks. "Missing demons, human world demons, and second kingdom demons." I reply. "I have Cambion demons, criminal demons, and descendant demons. I figured we could also look for a file on (Y/N) is nothing else." I nod in agreement. "You grab female files, I'll grab male." I fly off, grabbing as many files as I could from each shelf. I use magic to grab more. I fly back down, and wipe everything off of the large circular table. We sit, and search among every document.

~~~~~6.5 hours later~~~~~
I've skipped a few meetings for this, but I think I finally have a lead. "Anti, I think I've found something." I read off the paper to him. "Abyss. A local demon who was fond of human kind, not for killing but for eroticism, and was in between kingdoms. According to our documents, he went missing, but if he was in between documents-" "The other ruler may have more information." Anti interrupts. I smile. "It's worth a shot." I take note of the time on the clock above the doors. "It'll be very late in the human world, so we should wait to inform them." Anti stands, and stretches his back. "When will we go see King Crank?" Ant asks with a smirk. I laugh a little. "King Blank wont be happy to see either of us. It's probably for the best that we wait until we aren't interrupting anything. It's getting late here too, let's avoid waking him up, and wait till morning." I suggest.
Anti nods with a yawn. "You know what makes me sad?" Anti asks me. "Drinks without alcohol?" I guess sarcastically. Anti glares and me, and punches my shoulder. "No you fucker. (Y/N) is growing up so fast. I wish she was a little girl again." I put my hand on his shoulder. "Me too, but she is supposed grow quickly." I attempt to comfort. "I know. You know what really makes me sad?" "What?" "They are all human. They're going to die one day, and leave us. Mark, Jack, Amy, (Y/N), and we're still going to be here." I have thought about this before, sending me into a spiral of sadness. "I know, but you know, maybe they'll become demons too." Anti shrugs, still frowning. "You know what really really makes my sad?" "What?" "Drinks without alcohol in them." Anti replies, blighting the mood. I laughs this silliness. Oh Anti.
