"Hey Karma" Ai greeted through her phone

"Hey Ai, glad you answered" Karma said, a sense of relief and joy washed over him just by hearing her voice "I miss you"

"I miss you too" Ai said and she smiled "Today's the day, I would probably get home next tuesday"

Karma replied "I'm looking forward too it, although thanks to the transfer students, the place wasn't as boring as I would thought, but it's still different with you. I hope to see you, talk to you, and tease you again, plus ask the question aga-"

"No" Ai answered "You're just doing one of those tricks on me again"

"Oh come on" Karma said "It's not a trick when I ask you if you want to be my girlfriend"

Ai pointed out "There was this time when you asked me to go with you in a conveniece store to act like your sister only for you to reveal me as a fake last minute, then that time when you asked me to be your date at a cafe because of discounts but you declared it fake too, that time when y-"

"Alright I get it" Karma sighed "There was a few times-"

"8 times"

Karma continued "There were 8 times when I asked you to be something and ditched it last minute or told you it was just for this day, but I'm serious this time. At least listen to my confession when you get back"

"...fine, I'll listen to you" Ai sighed

"Great! That's all I wanted now" Karma exclaimed "I can't wait to smooch you so much when you get back and-"

"Thank you goodbye"

"Huh?! Oh! Bye!"

"Hehehehe" Ai giggled as she hung up, maybe she should really consider Karma's confession, then again if it was a real confession she doesn't appreciate it being done via calls, she would rather it be done face to face

"Who were you talking to? You have an unusual expression on your face, I don't think I've seen you look like a normal highschool girl flustered over something" Asano said, he stood by the door of the living just having gone back from his errand

"No one" Ai smiled and squeezed her phone a little bit

Asano took notice and clenched his fist "Is it Akabane?"

"...yeah it's Karma" Ai confirmed. A wave of jealousy showering over Asano at that moment, not only was she actually talking to Karma, but they were on first name basis, and Ai was giggling at their call earlier. She giggled with Karma yet she hasn't giggled with Asano yet

"What did you talk about?" Asano asked

"Hm? Oh nothing, just greeting eachother, I kinda miss him" Ai said

Asano's dark aura only grew at that comment, how can she miss another guy when she's with him!? "Is that so?"

"Yeah, I'm kinda looking forward to his confession"

"......eh?" Asano widened his eyes. He was too busy flirting with Ai, and teasing her to remember that he indeed has a love rival and although he is not currently here, they can still communicate. How can he be so studid?! Because of that he failed to notice Karma already adavancing to the point of having Ai look forward to his confession

"Asano? You ok?" Ai waved her hands infront of him

"Y-ye-" *ding!* Asano was cut off with a ding sound

Ai took out her phone and giggled "Haha he's so adorable" she bragged about it and showed Asano a picture Karma sent of himself doing kissy face. Then at that time another text was sent saying 'I can not wait to be with you again! Love you!'
