S.A: Ghost (Assassination Classroom Fanfic)

After a few minutes of talking about her occupation beung an assassin, proving she's really an assassin using the cruise ship as an example of event plus why she was drunk last night. She looked at Asano with a feeling she rarely experience, fear, she feels fear in dangerous and life threatging situations but that was a whole other talk, right now she's afraid he might get angry or reject her

"You know... if you need time to process.. I can go" Ai stood up and bed, she walked past Asano but stopped

Asano gently held Ai's hand "It's fine"

"What?"

"I said it's fine"

"But-"

"As I said before when we were in the ship, that time before I got... before I drastically changed the topic, I have had my suspicion on you, I didn't bring that up since that incident but I've actually been thinking about it, and I don't think your line of work should affect my liking towards you, regardless if you're something like an assassin or something  like a cliche like a scholar student enrolled to a rich school." Asano said

Asano pulled Ai gently to sit on his lap while he sits on his bed, he hugs eye gently as she listens in "You don't even seem to find joy in your line of work, you have that hint of sadness, guily, and exhaustion talking about it, you hide it well though"

"...Shu... are you serious?" Ai asked, hugging Asano back, she placed her head on his shoulders to avoid eye contact

"Of course, I said I will accept you remember? Plus, my father isn't exactly a good.. man, he has done some physical, emotional... and mental damages on people throughout the years too"  Asano said slightly chuckling

"But you know, I'm an assassin.. I have been like this for about ten years" Ai said

"I know what you're doing, no matter what you say, rest assured cause I will not hate you, everyone has their own stories and has their choices, there's a reason everyone is who they are today, some people aren't the way they are by their own choice, I won't judge you. Especially since you haven't told me your story, but I'll wait till you're ready, it has only been a day after all" Asano gave Ai a gentle smile

Ai finally gave out and let her tears spill, she whispered into his ear "Thank you for being understanding"

Asano rubbed her back for comfort "I'm not a stupid man like Akabane, you're a great woman, how can I forget you?"

"...yeah.. you're better" Ai nodded, about her class, she basically told that she was told to kill someone here but stay undercover as a student, her classmates were told in advance to avoid more trouble, and the chairman was also informed. Asano seemed to believe it, well it was technically right anyway

"Promise me this" Asano said

"What?"

"You won't ever get yourself that drunk and go into another man's room, you can go here if you want or got straight home, but the best option will be to talk it out" Asano said

"Ok I promise"

"Good, now actually you said something else when you were drunk... you l- lov- "

*knock knock* *creaks* "Asano?" The chairman knocked on the door and slowly opened it "You'll be late f-......" He looked up and saw Ai and his son hugging while Ai is on his son's lap with tears in her eyes... and she's wearing his pajamas ".....I'll just ignore this"  *shuts door*

"....why does he have such bad timing?" Asano asked

"Anyway, what were you saying?" Ai asked looking at him straight in the eye

".....nevermind that, I think this is better" Asano placed Ai back down on his bed and hovered over her, he leaned his face closer to hers and did it slowly awaiting any signs of resistance, but that didn't happen, so his lips touched her forehead "This is better right?"

"Yes" Ai said as she pulled his face closer and kissed his nose

"What's next after the nose is lips right?" Asano asked smirking

Ai giggled and playfully tried pushing him off, while Asano playfully tried locking her down

*knock knock* "Breakfast is ready, I made it for both of you so eat before any... activites"

"That man has a bad sense of timing" Asano commented glaring at the door

Ai sat up and kissed Asano's cheek "Let's just eat, I'm suprised he was ok about this"

"After the trip he apparently told me stories about him and my late mother, apparently they were very similar to us so it brings him a feeling of nostalgia seeing us" Asano said "Although, their story began at college"

"College huh... I was only given the oppurtunity to study here for this school year, I don't even know if I can be allowed to study again" Ai said as they stood up and made their way to the dining room

"If you were given the chance to, would you take it?" Asano asked

"Yes, I want to study, graduate, get a good job....and soon have a family then live peacefully till I die" Ai sat down across from Asano

"That's a simple dream, but it's just right" Asano said, he held her hand across the table and stared into her eyes "...I want the same"

"Shu I-"

"Please ignore me, I'm getting water" The chairman said as he walked by them and got water then quickly left

"....." Asano glared at the door that his father just closed

"Let's just eat Shu" Ai giggled
