WHILE WALKING. (On Hold)

Helping Naina.

Sameer was riding his bike towards the super market when he saw naina on her scooty. She was wearing a helmet and earphones plugged in her ears. The signal turned green and she wooshed off. He started following her and then stopped his bike near the super market where naina entered.

Girl: are naina didi aap aaj itne dinon ke baad??

Naina:are kamini ha woh sabji lene aayi thi par tum yaha?? Aaj school nahi gayi??

Kamini: woh didi maa ki tabiyat kuch achi nahi hai isiliye aaj unki madat karne yaha aagayi.

Naina:bohot ache, apni maa ki madad jarur karo par uske saath padhai bhi maa ka thik se khayal rakhna aur phir kal se wapis school jaana.

Kamini: didi chahati toh main bhhi yahi hu ki maa jald se jald thik ho par dawaiyo ke liye paise hi nahi hai isiliye 4 dinon se ghar par hi hu.

Naina looks at her and then removes some money from her purse and gives it to kamini.

Naina: yeh lo aur isse dawaaiya le lena aur maa ka khayal bhi rakhna.

Kamini smiles and goes from there.

"Naina tu jaa main thik hu aur yaha preeti bhi toh hai"

"Nahi maa main nahi jaa rahi ,main aapke saath hi rahungi aapki tabiyat pehle hi kharab hai"

"Aree baba kuch nahi hoga mujhe abhi tak shaadi dekhni hai teri, tu jaa khamaka teri exam miss ho jayegi"

"Lekin maa..."

"Jaa keh rahi hu na."

"Naina"

Naina turns and sees sameer coming towards her.

Naina:(to herself) yeh yaha kya kar raha hai.
Hi!

Sameer:hi!

Naina: tum yaha???

Sameer: woh main....sabji...sabji lene aaya tha.

Naina: tum ??? Sabji lene??

Sameer: kyu nahi ladke sabjiya nahi le sakte kya??? Sirf tum logo ko hi bargain karne ka haq hai kya??

They both stare at each other and then started  selecting their veggie.

Naina:maine aisa kab kaha.

Sameer: hmmm, par kal raat tumne phone achanak se switch off kyu kiya???

Naina looks at him and then down wards.

Naina: woh....mobile switch off ho gaya tha.

Sameer: oh!toh tumhara mobile jab bhi switch off hota hai tabhi saare no.s block ho jaate hai, right??

Naina looks at him and he smirks with raising his eyebrows.

Naina: nahi toh.

Sameer : toh phir mera no. Block kaise hua??

Naina: mu....mujhe kya pata aur tum yaha mujhse baatein karne aaye ho ya phir sabji lene.

Sameer forwards his hand to the veggie seller.

Naina: kaki mera bhi hisaab kar dijiye.

Veggie seller: ji beta.

They both move out paying the lady and taking their bags and reach sameer's bike.

Naina: chalo main nikalti hu, bye.

Sameer: bye

Naina gives a fake smile and moves towards her scooty

"Aaj sameer ne mujhe roka nahi aise hi chala gaya" she thinks.

Naina looks at her scooty and frowns.
Sameer passes from there and sees naina standing there and moves towards her.

Sameer: kya hua??

Naina frightens and then says"woh meri scooty puncture ho gayi, ab main ghar kaise jao."

Sameer: hmm shayad kisi bachhe ki shaitani hogi ,its ok main tumhe chod deta hu.

Naina: tum?? Nahi its alright main auto le lungi.

Just then naina's phone rings.

Naina:hello

"Kya???"

"Lekin kaise??"

"Preeti tu please wahi ruk main aa rahi hu"

She cuts the call

Sameer: kya hua itni parishaan kyu ho??

Naina: woh kitchen mein short circuit  hone karan aag lag gayi hai aur preeti waha akeli hai, darwaaza bhi lock ho gaya hai usne kholne ki koshish ki par usse khul nahi raha. Mujhe jaldi jaana hoga.

Sameer: what ?? Tum chinta mat karo maina tumhe le chalta hu , chalo jaldi.

Naina thinks for a while and then nods.

Naina tries to unlock the door with the keys but fails.

Sameer: naina hato,, darwaaza todna hi padega.

Sameer pushes the door with all his strength and opens the door.

Naina: preeti!!!

Preeti comes running and hugs her.

Naina: shhh. Main aagayi hu na.

Preeti: main bohot darr gayi thi aur aag bhi badh rahi thi.

Sameer:aag kaha lagi hai???

Preeti points towards the kitchen and samaina runs. They see the whole scenario and naina gets tensed.

Naina: main pani lekar aati hu.

Sameer: nahi paani se pura dhua dhua ho jayega,mmmmmm...ek kambal...kambal se kaam ho jayega.

Preeti: ha main leke aati hu.

Preeti gets one blanket and sameer started extinguishing the fire.
Preeti asks naina through actions that who is he and naina tells her that she'll tell afterwards.Sameer extinguishes the fire.

Naina: thank you so much sameer. Pata nahi tum na hote toh hum kya karte.

Sameer: aisi koi baat nahi hai aur waise bhi dosti mein no sorry no thank you.

Naina smiles and sameer asks her permission to leave.

Near the door.
Naina:sameer sach mein thank you so much.

Sameer: naina tum dosti ka usul tod rahi ho aur agar tumhe thanks bolna hi hai toh mera ek kaam karo.

Naina: sure kya kaam hai  ???

Sameer:  kuch khas nahi mujhe bass unblock kardo.

He smirks and she blushes and then nods. Sameer leaves.

Naina enters and sees sameer's bag.

Naina: aree yeh toh bag yaha hi bhul gaya.
