"There is a madness in loving you, a lack of reason that makes it feel so flawless."

Andy's POV

"And that was the last one." Clara said zipping up her bag.

"Phew finally. I thought she would finish by tomorrow" Gracy said jokingly.

"Hey shut up" Clara glared at her.

"She is right Clar. We are going there just for five days and you have packed like a million sweaters." I said laughing.

"Hey I didn't packed million sweaters. I only packed ten, just in case." She said whining.

"Ya, and that's like million for a five days trip." I commented. Her glare now directed towards me, that I pretended I didn't saw.

Our college was organising a five day hiking and camping trip in Brasstown Bald mountains in Georgia. That mountain range was located in northeast Georgia and said to be its highest point. Many native tribes were inhabitants in its forest. It was also believed that an extremely dangerous tribe resided deep into the forest. But our adventure committee assured us that area in which our camps were situated was safe and in case of any emergency a nearby friendly tribe had promised for help. Students were also warned about strict actions to be taken against them in case of violation of any instruction given by our guide or our camping in-charge.

We were in Clara's room helping her pack her bags. Our trip was scheduled for the afternoon next day. Clara asked me and Gracy to stay at her home for some girls time and also to help her pack her bags.

Few days back Olivia was offered to be head in-charge for the trip but she denied saying she already was very busy. She also extended her stay in New York due to some important project.

Not even once she let me work for Mark during her stay for which she got his glares. But all he could do was glare, because he knew he didn't stood a chance of winning an argument against her. As for me I silently enjoyed their banters in which Mark always lost. He annoys me too much, now it's his turn.

"You know Mark keep giving me glares for snatching you from him. But I'm sure he could lend me my friend for a little time I'm here in New York. After I'll go back to Rome you both can go back to your business." She winked teasingly.

"Hey what's with that evil smile?" I asked suspiciously.

"Nothing" she laughed it off.

One way or another she always teased me indirectly whenever topic of Mark arised. I didn't knew what was going inside that mischievous mind of hers.

"Hey back to reality" Gracy's waving hand bought me out of my reverie. Clara and Gracy were now looking at me curiously.

"Grace don't you think nowadays she's lost somewhere else. Ummmm, let me guess where?" Clara said tapping a finger on her chin. I knew very well where this conversation was leading to.

"Hey it's not her fault, it's Matt's fault for being so handsome. If I wasn't having my Rick I would have been lost in his thoughts instead of Andy." Gracy said controlling her laughter.

Now it was my turn to glare at both of them, at which they bursted out laughing.

"You keep giving me that look girl, but I totally ship you with him." Garcy winked.

"Me too" Clara high fived Gracy.

"Hey how many times I've told you-"

"I don't like him like that he's just a good friend." Both of them said mimicking me.
God save me from my crazy friends.
