Ashleigh's POV

I walked back in the transfer initiates dorm only to hear Peter saying to Tris .

"Did they beat you like Marcus Eaton's kids ?"

I didn't need to hear whatever was said first to know what he was talking about .

I felt my anger build towards Peter as he said this . He knows nothing .

I said nothing and swung a punch at Peter hitting him square in the face .

"What the fuck was that for Stiff?"
He shouted .

"Fuck off Peter"
I replied not bothering to continue the argument with him .

Peter said nothing more but the look on his face told me that this wasn't over .

Tris looked at me astonished as if she was wondering what all that was about but she dismissed it probably thinking i was in a bad mood because of my past hour with Eric .

I had just finished my fight with Edward . I lost but only just meaning I wasn't that injured the most I would get was probably a few bruises . Maybe I would've won if I had been a little bit faster than him .

However according to the ranking board I was still in second place which I could work with .

However I was currently watching Peter and Tris's fight and surprisingly Tris was dodging Peter and getting a couple of good kicks and punches in here and there well that was until Peter managed to get Tris down on the floor and beat her senseless .

I groaned as I wanted Tris to win Peter more than I knew but unfortunately she was knocked out .

I put on the special vests that we had been told to wear for 'war games' as Eric said .

Which also meant I would be missing out on my punishment tonight as war games were taking there place .

I looked to see Tris running after the train causing me to chuckle as I thought about how unhappy Eric would be at her persistent behavior.

Luckily Tobias helped her onto the train just in time before she would miss it and fall behind .

I watched with a smirk as Eric made his way over to her whilst looking kinda peeved yet was trying to hide it .

"Who let you out?"
He asked

"I did"
Tris replied .

"You did ? Ok"

I was confused yet glad that Eric let Tris do this but the warning glare he sent both Tris and Tobias's way showed that if it continued he wouldn't be putting up with it .
