Bucky never really decorated anymore during holidays, but he lived on the same floor as you so that was gonna change.
You had just got back from the store with Nat and 18 bags worth of Halloween decorations. You took half of the load and she took the other half. You both went to your separate floors to get decorating.
The elevator doors opened and you walked in with 9 bags of tacky decor, Bucky smiled and came up to you and helped you with the bags. He looked in the bags and realised what month it was. Both of you un-bagged everything, Bucky took a deep breathe with a long sigh.
"Ok, where should we start?" You asked.
"Start? I don't know anything about decorating" he said.
"Ok, well, you can put these stickers on the windows" you handed him the window stickers (the ones that peel off easily).
"But don't stickers leave that white paper on stuff when you take them off?" He asked.
"Not these, they don't do that, and they're clear, not white" you giggled and he rolled his eyes at your amusement.
He went over to the window and placed them all around the windows. He was actually having fun, but you had gotten a lot done and he was barley on the second page of stickers, for one reason and one reason only, on the first page he peeled one off but did it too hard and ripped it. You helped him finish them. Like these.👇

You both stepped back and looked at what you had created.
"Wow" he said in awe.
"I know right" you said.
"OH, I forgot one more thing" you made a phone call. You called Peter, he's like the little brother you never had.
Phone Call
You: Hey, Parker. I need a favor from you.
Peter: Sure, y/n, what is it?
You: Just bring your webs, ok?
Peter: Why? Is there danger? Are you ok? Is Mr. Stark ok? DID EVERYONE DI-
You: PETER! Were fine, no ones hurt, I just need your webs for... stuff.
Peter: Phew! Ok, I trust you.
End of Phone Call
You hung up and 10 minutes later, Peter showed up.
"Ok, what did you need my webs for? Peter asked.
"Halloween decorating, if you didn't notice all the decor" you answered.
"I need you to web up the tower, plus it'll put on a show for the news reporters and fans down there" you said.
"Spider-Man is not a party trick, ok?" Peter said.
