Aria was back to her old self in no time, now with a few added perks. She felt more comfortable around them and it showed; she would freely crawl into any of their laps at any time, she wouldn't hesitate to ask them questions or ask for what she wanted, and she was always laughing and smiling. Still a small speck of black dimmed their otherwise white view, and it was because of her nightmares and the runes on her skin. None of them could read it and she would only stay still for a limited amount of time so they had no hope of deciphering it within a certain period. When asked why she didn't want them to see she would only frown and turn her face away before changing the subject completely.

Dean was becoming worried, "Crowley saw the marks before he disappeared right? So what if he is planning a bigger scale attack? We need to figure out how to read this crap before the big battle starts." he urged Castiel, who was hesitant on making Aria stay still and be uncomfortable.

After that discussion they had all been rather grumpy. Dean wanted to know what the runes said, Castiel didn't want to force Aria to stay still, and Sam was caught in the middle of them without any real solution. This also made Aria more grumpy because she could feel the tension in the air, and she soon took to screaming demands instead of asking, which made the time out chair a new routine. A week later all three of them had an a-ha moment one morning while Aria squirmed around in Sam's lap, refusing to let him get a clear view of anything.

Kevin Tran.

The prophet was adapt at reading words of God, as they had found out when they fought the Leviathans. Getting into contact with Kevin was a bit tricky these days, since the Leviathans were defeated he had been relocating often just in case anything else wanted to find him, but Sam had a pretty good idea on where he could be hiding out. So they prepared to leave the next morning to Fairfield Iowa.

"I don't wanna go!" Aria yelled loudly, her face streaming with fresh aggravated tears.

With his arms wrapped around her small waist Dean had her halfway in the air and was currently trying to pry her from the pillar in which she was currently clinging to. Ever since this morning Aria has been adamant on not going anywhere.

Sam was in front of her, trying to calm her down enough to get her into the car before Castiel entered the room and settled Aria with a look that made her bite her bottom lip and burst into tears.

Dean sighed and brought Aria to his chest, "Well thanks Cas that was super helpful! Now she's crying. What did you do?"

"I looked disappointed in her." Castiel said simply before walking to the door.

With a shrug Sam and Dean both followed him toward the door, Aria becoming quieter when Sam offered her a stuffed rabbit "I need to learn that."

Once all of them were situated in the car Aria called out Sam to come sit with her in the backseat rather than Castiel to all of the men's amusement, especially when she gave Castiel a pouty look when he was buckling her in. Though uncomfortable for his long legs Sam obliged and soon they were off, the hum of the Impala's engine creating a rather soothing environment for everyone. Within an hour Aria as asleep with her small body practically draped across Sam's lap while he played with her hair absentmindedly

"You think Kevin would be willing to help?" Dean asked looking into the rear view window at his brother.

Sam could only shrug, "I mean would you? His life was turned upside down with the while Leviathan things, I'm not sure if he would want to go through a similar experience again."

Dean heaved a sigh and nodded, knowing if he was in Kevin's situation and had an option to opt out he would probably take it. Aria twitched in Sam's lap and gave a whimper, making him start to rub her back in soothing circles to rid her of any nightmare that had started to plague her. When she was still and the lines in her face smoothed Dean shook his head and spoke quietly,

"I really hope he does."

The seven hour trip was mostly quiet due to Aria sleeping soundly almost the entire time. When she had finally woken up she had asked quietly for chicken nuggets and Dean happily stopped at Burger King to get everyone something to eat. And even some for Kevin. Dean stopped the Impala in front of a rundown church with broken windows and obvious signs of neglect all throughout. The four of them left the Impala warily, Dean and Sam arming themselves while Castiel took to keeping Aria in his arms just in case this was all a trap. Quietly they all entered the church. no clear signs of recent life being detected in the dismal space. Suddenly a large vat of very cold water was emptied onto all of their head and Aria began to scream shrilly, but the three men were more than use to it all at this point.

"Nice to see you too Kevin." Dean grumbled, wiping water from his face.

Coming from behind a destitute wall, Kevin examined the four with wary eyes and held a..water gun?..firmly in his grasp.

"Dean." He said carefully, his eyes moving toward the taller Winchester, "Sam."

Looking passed the two Kevin raised an eyebrow at Castiel, who had set Aria on a nearby table and was currently trying to calm her shaking down after she had been doused with cold water and frightened terribly by the noise it had caused.

"And...Castiel right?" Kevin asked looking pointedly at the Angel of heaven who had been off his rocker the last time they had met.

However the man who was currently standing in front of Kevin turned his cold blue eyes on the smaller male, agitation lining his features as he tried to wipe as much water off of Aria as possible with his sodden trench coat.

"I don't think that was necessary Kevin Tran." he spoke crisply as Aria sniffled and rubbed at her tearful eyes.

Kevin's face began twisted in confusion as Sam and Dean swarmed Aria alongside of him, wiping tears from her cheeks and giving her head kisses until she was calmed down enough to give Kevin a look of curiosity and caution, her hands knotting into Dean and Sam's jackets respectively with Castiel running his own through her hair. Following her gaze the men looked to Kevin, Dean giving a cheeky smile as he held up a slighty wet back of Burger King

"We brought you a whopper!"
