Ten minutes into their visit, Kevin was already freaked out. Sam and Dean acted perfectly casual as they fed Aria fish crackers from a princess lunchbox in their duffel, and Castiel had come back from the car and immediately set to undressing her.

"C-could you maybe...do that somewhere else?" he muttered trying his best to avert his eyes to anywhere else.

Dean waved him off and started tying her hair into a ponytail as Sam took Kevin to the side, speaking in a hushed voice and having to hunch a little to be eye level with him,

"We found the demon tablet, and we need you to take a look at it for us."

Kevin blanched a bit at the news, but nodded his head "Where is it?"

At that question Sam straightened up and looked over to Aria. She was now dressed again in a pair of leggings and a large sweater that hung well passed her knees and over her small hands. When she caught Sam's eye she bounced over and lifted her arms up to be picked up, which he did without question. Kevin eyed her suspiciously as her grey eyes found his but this didn't seem to bother her at all. Instead she kept his gaze and even gave him small smile before looking back at Sam,

"Baba, iz it time to pway?" she asked bouncing a bit in his arms.

Sam smiled and gave her cheek a soft kiss before handing her off to Castiel and looking back to Kevin, this time with Dean at his side. Kevin really didn't need them to spell it out for him to get it in full.

Dean chimed in anyway "It's all over her torso, her legs, and even some on her arms."

"You could have sent pictures." Kevin reminded them, waving his phone around just for good measure.

"We don't have your number." Dean grinned, slapping him on the back so hard the small man jolted forward a bit "And this is funner."

Kevin rolled his eyes and started walking, grabbing a pen and notebook from a nearby table before making his way back to them "Well, show me."

Castiel nodded and set Aria down again so that she was facing him. After giving her a look that surely meant 'stay still' he lifted up her sweater so that the runes on her back were easily visible while Kevin's eyes quickly went to scanning. It only took two minutes for Aria to begin squirming around, and that made Kevin lose focus and snap "Can't you make her stop moving? It's hard enough to read as it is."

Dean gave him a look before kneeling beside Aria "You have to stay still so our friend can read whats on your back Aria."

"S'not suppos' tah!" she countered shoving her shirt down angrily and covering her ears with her hands, now ignoring them.

Sam came to her other side and tried to move her hands away before Aria shoved him off and ran away from the three of them, seating herself against a far wall and glaring daggers at them all. Kevin raised his eyebrows before looking toward Sam and Dean expecting a flood of yelling and swears to burst forward. After all this was the demon tablet. Instead he found Dean rummaging around in his duffel while Sam spoke at Aria in a calm voice, probably in order to get her to come back to them

"Aria this is very important. If he can read it then he can get rid of all the bad men that took you, isn't that good?" he asked softly.

Aria's face fell and she started to fidget with her sweater, pointedly rubbing at a certain spot on her neck.

Dean joined in, thinking it was working "And no one else will come after you again, you can just stay with us."

Her face contorted a bit as she pressed down hard against her own neck. The moment she did her body started to shake, her breathing coming in short gasps as her hands ran up her face and through her hair. When a whimper escaped her throat the three of them were mobile, rushing toward her side until she yelled at them to stop. Slowly the shaking started to calm..and something switched. Aria straightened up and moved her hair back with a sigh, her eyes hardening and looking up to them as she stood up and brushed herself off. Her hands fell at her sides and she seemed to be examining each of them with brand new eyes, lingering for a moment on Kevin before she kicked off her shoes and started to strip down,

"Are you all going to stare at me or are you going to read these damned runes?"
