Ch 8
y/n: it was alright
Kylie: oh cmon that was better then alright don't lie to me
y/n: argh, fine. It was like I expected but a million times better
Kylie: and let me guess sparks where flying everywhere
y/n: well yeah. It felt like everything stopped for us
Kylie: is he a good kisser?
y/n: I guess, I have nothing to compare it to
Kylie: that was your first kiss?!
I nodded my head, I was almost embarrassed. I was 17 and I only just had my first kiss. Wow
Kylie: well that makes it so much better haha
Right then a doctors walked in followed by Ruel and Nate.
Doctor: hey y/n, I'm doctor Holland, I've just come in to check that you're feeling better.
y/n: I feel great, a little head ache but I'm just hungry.
Doctor H: alright then, I think your okay to be discharged. Whos going to be signing you out?
Nate: uh that will be me
Doctor H: alright sir, follow me and we can sign these papers
Nate and the doctor both headed out, leaving just Kylie, Ruel and myself in the room. It was an awkward silence as I was starting to get up from the bed.
Kylie: Um I will grab your clothes and go give Nate a hand
y/n: thank you
Kylie: Ruel. Keep it in your pants
Kylie and I both chuckled as she ran after Nate. I started to get changed while Ruel just sat almost falling asleep. When I was ready to go, Ruel and I walked out to the front desk where Nate and Kylie were waiting.
Nate: so I guess he told you
y/n: yeah ahah
Nate: is this a thing now? Are you's together
Ruel looked at me waiting for an answer. I grabbed his hand and locked out fingers together.
y/n: yeah
Kylie: holy shit Nate can you believe this?
Nate: no not quite, but I like the looks of things
By now it was 2 am and I was almost passed out asleep. During the drive back to the hotel (about 25 minute trip), I put my head on Ruel's shoulder, and he put his head on mine. For a little while we both fell asleep, until Nate woke us up to tell us we were back at the hotel. We all stumbled back to our rooms, my fingers still intertwined with Ruel's.
Ruel: today was eventful
y/n: mhm
Ruel: I love you
y/n: I love you too
he gently cupped my head in his hands and kissed my forehead.
Ruel: go get some sleep and I will see you tomorrow morning for breakfast. Your my everything I swear I would be dead without you.
We both fell into a hug that seemed to last forever. It was unlike any hug we had shared. Ever.
