"It's the mountains!" Kayano gave a yell.

They were riding the coach bus towards their hotel after having ridden the plane down to Hokkaido. As much as Kunugigaoka was reluctant to pay the price of their stay and offer all the commodities that would usually be given to the A-Class, they couldn't simply do that. They had their pride to protect and to use such cheap methods to hamper with them would simply be too juvenile. They had earned it and Gakuhou wasn't going to deny that.

"It's great that we're visiting Hokkaido. It's my first time here," Kanzaki smiled as she stared out the window at the fields of scattered lavenders under the bright, sunlit sky.

"Well, fall has just started," Kimura noted. "What other places besides Hokkaido would be perfect for this weather?"

"Mn, mn," Mimura nodded his head in agreement.

"More importantly," Korosensei turned to the class, "you can now see the hotel in the distance."

They all crowded towards the window and gazing outside, they widened their eyes. As expected of Kunugigaoka Junior High. The connections and resources they had were second to none. To be able to rent out an entire building of such a high degree just went to show how high of a standard it was held in Japan. In the far distance, they could see a hotel resort situated deep within the snowy mountains. For the duration of the trip, they would be enjoying snowboarding, skiing, and the likes. If anything, they enjoyed the winter far more than the summer. After all, there were more activities to enjoy other than the beach.

"Pocky?" Karma leaned over from the top of her chair.

Lucy glanced up and nodded her head. Karma grinned and taking one out, he put one into her mouth.

"Strawberry flavor. Good, isn't it?"

Lucy nodded and smiled with her eyes as she bit through it like a hamster. Karma watched her with a smile.

Cute.

"Karma-kun! Don't stand up while the bus is in motion," Korosensei warned him. "You could get hurt."

"Yeah, yeah," he waved his hands but sat down.

Nagisa chuckled as a bead of sweat rolled down his face. "Karma-kun, you really don't get tired of being yelled at."

"Once you deal with it for a long time, you get used to it," he sat back and waved a pocky stick in the air before biting down on it.

"I don't know whether to be in awe of you or in awe of your stupidity."

"You're talking to the guy who came in with a final rank of two."

"You don't need to remind me of that all the time," Nagisa sipped his coffee milk drink. "No one will deny you being a genius."

He smirked. "If you try harder, you can achieve the same."

"Sure," Nagisa averted his gaze. Though, there's a fine line that separates geniuses and idiots.

"Lucy-sama."

Sebas handed her a light sandwich to quell her hunger during the trip. She took it in her hands and smiled up at him with beaming, bright eyes and Sebas returned it with a warm smile. To him, she was like a granddaughter and if possible, he wished to take her away and settle in a mountainside mansion where she could enjoy her life with ease and be free of all worries. However, as long as Shiro did not terminate their contract, he still had to serve as the caretaker of the mansion.

"Sebas?"

She peered up at him with questioning eyes, wondering why his expression had suddenly grown grim and dark. Sebas softly smiled and ruffled her head.
