Her platinum blonde hair which already seemed pale enough under the moonlight had turned a shade of silver-white, her soft, honey-brown orbs now the color of the blazing sun, a brilliant gold. The ends of her hair formed into tentacle-like beings, curling up at the ends as it flowed about.

"W-What...those tentacles...Lucy, you-!" Erza widened her eyes in horror as beads of sweat rolled down her face.

Lucy merely stared back at them with a blank gaze.

"What happ-" Gray began.

"Now can you say the same?" she asked. "Just because he has tentacles, can you really call him a monster? If that's the case, then that makes me no different from him."

Their eyes were wide in shock and bewilderment but without a doubt, those were the same tentacles that Korosensei had.

"After knowing what happened, can you still whole-heartedly serve Shiro as your master? A person who can cruelly use and sacrifice anyone for his own benefit and desires?" Lucy asked, facing the moon as its brilliance lit up her eyes. "I never betrayed Fairy Tail."

She wasn't lying.

All her actions thus far from the moment she went against Shiro was for their sake. She, more than anyone else, wanted to save them from his clutch for she knew Shiro's nature better than anyone. If she hadn't been experimented on successfully, then she would've surely been disposed of with everyone thinking that she must've died on that day of the incident and not only that, more would be experimented on. She was sure that that was how the other members of Fairy Tail that she hadn't seen since that day had been disposed of. They had all been experimented on and had been declared failures, thus meeting their demise.

That was the kind of man Yanagisawa Kotaro was. To him, the members of Fairy Tail were all disposable for they were assassins, contract killers who had a bounty on their head. No one would care if they died.

"But, if you still choose to obey that man, then that's all there is to our conversation," Lucy said. "I've made my decision and I won't be going back on it. So," she wielded her whip, "I apologize."

Within a second, she stood behind them. They were unable to react fast enough and in that split of a second, they collapsed onto the roof of the building, unconscious. Lucy looked down at her hand and clutched it into a fist.

I can control it better now.

"Lucy-sama," Sebas appeared behind her.

"Tie them up for me," Lucy said, not wanting to face him in this form of hers. She had not once shown herself to anyone in this form — not even Sebas.

Sebas looked at her before furrowing his brows and closing his eyes, turning his head towards the side. He wondered exactly what she did to deserve this kind of fate. Unlike Itona and Kayano whose tentacles could be removed, it was impossible for her. She had fully assimilated and absorbed the anti-matter cells that had been implanted into her. There was no way of removing it and even if there was, the likelihood that she would still live was close to 0. But, that was made her valuable. She could be used as a weapon of war until the very end of her lifespan for even if she were to grow old and die, the anti-matter cells in her wouldn't grow exponentially and into matter — which had caused the explosion of the moon.

He had tied them up and noticing her back to her original appearance, he reached into his chest and pulled out a handkerchief.

Noticing it, Lucy took it. "Thank you, Sebas."

She wiped the blood from her hands and face and Sebas looked at her. Even though she was but a mere fifteen-year-old, she looked and acted nothing like the part. His face darkened and he only prayed for this to all end.
