1. Bullying is not just physical. If someone is repeatedly saying terrible things to you or about you, you still need to tell a trusted adult, or just someone in authority if you aren't a minor.

 2. As the last tip glanced over, bullying doesn't stop at any age. Very young children and even fully-grown adults experience this every day, so you shouldn't let anyone tell you that it's not what's going on. Inversely, you shouldn't undermine anyone else's experience, as they trust you enough to come to you with the problem. 

 3. When someone is bullying you, don't respond to aggression with aggression. That is the response they want from you, as bullies want to get on other's nerves and elevate themselves in their own eyes. Don't give them what they want. 

 4. Understand that when someone bullies you it's not your fault. They are the one who is falling short, not you, and you shouldn't place blame on yourself for someone else's actions.
