Felix nervously played with his sweater sleeve as he stood next to his mom. This was the 3rd school he's been at. He doesn't do anything wrong, other people do. "Okay, baby, you're all checked-in," his mother says placing a tender kiss on his head. "Your teachers have been informed about you and one of the students from your homeroom will be here shortly."

Felix gives a lip tight smile and nods his head. "Don't worry, darling. Everyone at this school is acceptable," the woman says with a smile. Ms. Lee ruffles her son's hair, smiling. "I'll pick you up, baby." Felix nods his head and watched his mom leave.

To say he wasn't scared was a lie. Ever since his last school, he became more closed off. He didn't bother making friends cause he'd have to move schools anyway because of the comments he's got.

"You never learn to talk?"

"5-year-old!"

"Aww, you need mama?"

Comments like those broke Felix even more than his own father did but that's for another day.

The door opened and Felix looked up from his schedule. A fairly tall male dressed in black ripped jeans, a graphic t-shirt, and a bomber jacket with curly blonde hair stood there.

"Glad you could make it, Chan."

The male, Chan, smiles at the women. "It's not a problem Mrs. Choi," Chan says as dimples appeared on his cheeks. Mrs. Choi smiles back and motions towards Felix. "This is our new student. I'll need you to show him around," She says. Chan walks over and Felix stands up. "You ready?" Felix slowly nods his head and they leave.

"You seem tense. Don't worry. This school is great!" Chan says. "We have a lot of different people here and everyone excepts one another." Felix gives a small smile at it. "Don't talk much?" Felix nods his head. "How do you talk then? I'm just curious," Felix giggles and sticks his schedule in his back pocket for a while.

He signs, like this, to Chan who stares at him. "Is that sign language?" Felix nods his head as he takes his schedule out. "Woah! I know a few kids who know sign language," Chan says.

Felix smiles and Chan stops at a door. "Okay, this is our class," Chan says as he knocks on the locked door. It opened and they walked inside. "Hello Chan, is this our new student?" The teacher asks. "Yes, Mr. Sang. This is Felix," Chan says as he pulls Felix in front of him with a smile.

Felix gave a shy wave to the teacher who chuckles.

"Class, meet Lee Felix. Any of you are rude to him you will be sent to detention." Everyone nods their heads and says, "Yes, sir." The teacher smiles and looks around. "Changbin, raise your hand please," Mr. Sang says.

Felix's eyes went to the boy who raised his hand and a smile came to his face.

Chan whispered into Felix's ear. "He's temporally blind and he's one of the kids who knows sign language."

Felix nods his head and goes over to his new seat. He sits down and Changbin looked at him. Felix frowns at the colorless eyes. "Hey," Changbin says. Felix takes Changbin's hand and signs, hello. A smile came to Changbin's lips. "Sign language, mhm?" He asks. Felix giggles and signs, yes into Changbin's hand.

I don't like talking so...I learned sign language. I'm glad someone can translate what I'm saying to other people. A chuckle came from Changbin and he looked forward. "Okay, glad to know I'm not the only one who can sign language."
