Raid's Short Poems

FAMILY

Everybody thinks I'm a mess,
Undisciplined and disrespectful.
I don't care more or less,
They just don't know my life is painful.

"I'm from a broken family,"
Tears fell down as we can see.
Everybody crying and sobbing,
But me? I was just there smiling.

I said "I have no family but I'm happy,"
I then pointed at my friends and said "They're my family."
Parents separated when I was still a child,
My boss gives me pain so that's why I'm wild.

This is the only place I get happy,
'Cause at home, it's like I'm not free.
But please don't pity me,
I'm just telling my life story.
