Looking back on it, my junior and senior years of high school were some of the best years of my life. I had friends, an amazing boyfriend, and graduated at the top of my class. I should've known it wouldn't last. After high school we all kind of drifted apart. Percy went off to college on a swimming scholarship at the University of Arizona, Thalia and Nico decided to travel the world, Jason and Piper got married and went to work for Jason's dad. Travis and Katie moved to South Carolina and opened a very successful flower shop. Surprisingly Connor ended up marrying Bonnie Clark about 2 years ago and have a little boy named Samuel. While I decided to live my dream and become the most popular pop star in the world. Yep, your talking to the one and only, Annabeth Chase, overnight pop sensation. And let me tell you, it has Not been easy.
I started out as a YouTuber posting little snippets of my acting and singing skills, but one day I decided to do an original song that I called 'A year without rain' and, BOOM, I'm all over the Internet, and the TV, I was everywhere. It was like a dream come true.
Anyways, it's been 2 years sense my career took off and guess where I still get my inspiration from, yep, you guessed it, Percy Jackson. I mean we never really had a proper breakup we just started talking less and less until we never talked at all. I guess it was a good thing, I mean my heart was still broken but not as bad. Do you know what I'm saying? Please, I don't even know what I'm saying. But anyways here I am now about to go on stage for my last stop on tour, and guess where I am, New York City, the same city that changed my life so many years ago is changing my life once again. Like everyone else I still get pre-show jitters (it never goes away) but I'm still gonna go out there and sing my butt off like at every other show.
I stepped out on stage wearing my usual outfit, a black leather skirt, white crop top, and black heels. The fans were screaming my name.
"Hello New York!" I say into my microphone.
"I wrote this first song about my ex-boyfriend. Its called 'Best Mistake', and my friend Big Sean is here to help me out" the crowd cheered and hollered as the music started to play.
Annabeth, Big Sean:

The crowd roared. The rest of the concert went on like that, and without a hitch, I might add. That is, until I said my good byes. I don't know how out of all the people in the world, all the cities, in all of the concerts, and in all of the fans, the one person I did not expect to land my eyes on, ended up sitting in my concert. Staring at me like I had two heads. The one and only... Percy Jackson.
