"Damn it. Of course, it's gotta' be raining." The boy glared kicking over a nearby trashcan which only had a few crumpled pieces of paper inside.

And by raining, he meant it was absolutely pouring.

Without a doubt, if he tried to walk to the Phantom Thieves meeting he would get sick from getting drenched.

And he really didn't feel like catching another cold.

"This day sucks." He commented throwing his small duffle bag over his shoulder before bracing himself for the rain.

He took a deep breath before he got ready to step out into the cold downpour of the dark grim clouds.

But the moment he stepped out, he felt no rain hit him.

"Huh?" He exclaimed aloud seeing a navy blue umbrella hang above him.

"Sakamoto-kun, it isn't wise to walk outside in the rain. You'll get sick." A feminine voice said as the blonde turned around to meet the familiar blue eyes of Yuuen Morito.

"Morito-chan?" Ryuji's eyes widened as he looked at the blue-haired girl holding an umbrella over her head.

"You can have it." She commented grabbing his hand before placing the umbrella's handle within it.

"Huh?!" He exclaimed again almost dropping the umbrella in shock, "But what about you?"

"I have student council meetings so I won't be able to leave school for a while. By the time I leave, the rain should have cleared up." She commented looking at the dark gray skies.

"You can always give it back to me tomorrow." She said as Ryuji gave her a suspicious look.

"But, I thought you hated my guts," Ryuji questioned raising his brow.

"I never hated you... I just thought you were a bad influence." She replied awkwardly adjusting the strap of her bag and diverting her gaze to the nearby wall.

"A bad influence?!" He exclaimed offended.

"But I was wrong." She cut him off having the courage to look him back in the eyes. "You're a really good friend to Akira. I guess I just got worried because of his already bad reputation."

"O-oh." Ryuji stuttered not used to being complimented, "You think?"

"Yeah, I can tell you really see him as a friend and I respect that." Yuuen smiled glad that the conversation isn't awkward anymore.

"You know what?" Ryuji smiled cheekily, "You're not so bad yourself." He grinned before turning around walking off.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" Yuuen exclaimed enraged but she couldn't wipe the smile off her face after making a new friend.

"Oh nothing, Mori-chan." He teased waving to her, "I'll give you back your umbrella tomorrow, thanks!"

"N-No problem," Yuuen waved awkwardly confused about what just happened.

"Took you long enough, blondie." Morgana puffed out his cheeks, sitting on top of a chair.

"Had trouble with the rain." He said simply plopping down onto a nearby chair with a sigh of relief.

"Is that... Yuuen's umbrella?" Akira questioned noticing the familiar blue lining.

"Actually, it is." Ryuji smirked, "Why does it matter? You jealous~?" He teased as Akira sat up straight in shock.

"N-no!" He blushed looking away, "I just didn't know you guys were friends."

"We weren't," Ryuji said simply leaning back in his chair as Akira gave him a questioning look. "But she's pretty chill I guess." He shrugged as Ann kicked his chair so that Ryuji would fall onto the ground.

"Hey!" Ryuji hissed as his head bumped to the ground.

"Woops." Ann chuckled opening her magazine.

Akira just smiled at the two's interaction before starting up the navigation app.

"Alright guys, that's enough fighting for now. Let's get going, we don't have many days left to steal Kamoshida's heart."

"Right!" The team said in unison.
