Waking up groggily, I check the time.
'4:58...at least i'm not late this time.'
I slowly rise from bed, stretching in the process. Ugh, I don't feel like doing anything.
'Wait...if my suspicions are right, I need to get started right now.'
I pick up my phone once again. Just as I thought. It's Thanksgiving! I scroll through my contacts until I see my dad's contact. I press the call button next to his name and patiently wait for him to pick up.
"Hello?" A possibly cranky voice calls out from the other side of the line.
"Hi dad! I was wondering if I could invite some friends over for a thanksgiving get together, would that be okay with you?" I manage to get out in one breath.
'please say yes please say yes please say yes'
He sighs "Fine, but it better be clean when me and your mom get home in a few days.
"YAY! Thank you dad! It'll be spotless." I reply expressing my gratitude.
He hangs up, and I get to adding Daniel, Jay, Vasco, Jace, Mira, Zack, and of course Zoe to a group chat.

Danny Not to be rude or anything, but why do you ask?
(Y/N/N) Oh, it's nothing much, I'm just thinking of having a little thanksgiving get together.
Angry Mom Okay, but what time is it?

(Y/N/N) How about around noon? I don't wanna make it so late that you wouldn't be able see your families.
