A few weeks have passed by since I went on the date with Luca. Every time since then that we've been in a room together ; I swear can always feel his eyes on me.

Everyday there is more sexual tension, but we never do anything about it. It's like we are waiting to see which one of us explodes first.

I'm actually scared it might be me.

I've heard the guys talking about how Luca won't even look at another girl, and wouldn't even go out to the club with them. So I guess he is loyal, even though he has absolutely no reason to be loyal to me, he is.

I spend my days training trying to figure my thoughts and emotions out, then I take a shower, have breakfast with Greta in my bedroom for what classifies as girl talk and gossip. Then I go and watch all the guys train, and I try to figure out what they should work on and sometimes point it out to them. I sometimes have lunch with Luca on the roof that only Greta knows about it...and lastly I get dressed to go and have dinner with the family.

Ultimately I like it here. It's a nice feeling knowing that you belong somewhere, surrounded with people that you care about, and that care about you.

I'm now at my secret lunch with Luca. How we keep it secret? Greta prepares our lunches and then covers for us. She's forever one of my favorite people now. Her whole personality, makes me smile and grateful that I came here.
She's definitely considered as my family now.

"I take it you like it here, seeing as how you haven't ran yet." Luca says in a tone that almost sounds slightly pained

"Yeah I like it here, in a strange way it feels like home." I answer

I see Luca visibly relax and breathe.

"Are you worried I'm going to run?" I ask

Luca looks at the table and sighs.

"Why?" I question

"What can I say? Mafia men have trust issues. It's kind of a given in this type of work, not only in business, but in our personal lives.. and with your mother running from your father..." Luca trails off not wanting to bring a sore subject up

"I have trust issues too. I never had many men in my life, and there was only one who never once lied to me, and that was Alex's father. So I probably won't always be fourth coming, and show you my emotions. I'm not that person."
I tell him

"You can deal with my trust issues, and I'll deal with yours.." Luca says

I lightly laugh and say "That might be a deal I'll say yes too."

Luca gives me a smirk.

"You should understand thought that my mother running wasn't my choice, but she did it because she didn't fit this lifestyle, she couldn't even understand it. Everything about it terrified her...but I'm the exact opposite if you haven't noticed. I won't run unless it's to protect someone else. I understand everything here perfectly, and I kind of fit somehow. I'm not terrified or even scared, I actually feel at peace and sane. As strange as it is I'm pretty sure I was born for every part of this lifestyle." I tell Luca honestly
