"(Y/n)...?" I suddenly heard a whisper beside me.
I jumped upwards, eyes wide and searching for the source of the sound.

I jumped upon feeling the sudden brush against my thigh...

Dark sat beside my sleeping figure...

His face concerned....

My brows furrowed...

"Is... everything okay?" I managed to whisper with my tired tone...

His eyes suddenly met mine...

And I could only remain silent...

My eyes followed his arm, that was reaching towards me...

His palm gently held my jaw.....

He brushed it....

His eyes reflected a sort of longing...

"Dark?" I whispered slightly confused upon his actions.

I saw a ghost smile on his face....

And that was the closest thing to a smile I have seen in... days? Months?

... years?

I was not sure how long I was here with Dark...

Or at least in his world.

He slowly hunched over, and hovered his face above mine...

Then the ghost became real...

He had a smile on his grey lips... a gentle smile....

I remained still, yet relaxed, as I trusted him with my life...

"It's finally over, (Y/n)..." he whispered.

"What is?" I whispered back uncertain.

He didn't reply, but I saw his eyes smile....

His raven eyes displayed the comfort I was lacking for a while...

Soon, his eyes closed...

He let out a breath...

And placed his soft lips on mine....

I jumped at his action - completely dumbfounded.

The ends of my hair stood up, and I felt warm inside...

But soon, his lips left mine...

He smiled more confidently and looked into my eyes...

"D-Dark - is everything alrig-?"
"You do know that you can tell me anything..." he said with a quiet tone.

"What do you mean?" I spoke concerned.

Did I lie about something?
Did I do something wrong?
Did I forget something?

"You could have told me that you felt devastated in this depressing world" he joked, despite his mocking tone.

He removed himself from me completely.

His hand went back to his knee, as he lifted his figure upwards.
