"How did you and Jeno become this way?" Ten asked the pink head while fiddling with his fingers.

"What way?" The younger replied while eating ramen. Ever since Jaemin got here, Ramen was his obsession and he eats it whenever he gets the chance.

"You know, kissing and holding each others hands and stuff." Ten said while scratching the back of his head.

"Well, at first it was super confusing to me because I didn't know what was I feeling and all, but then when I was more open about it with Jeno and he also was open we just figured it out and well we love each other." Jaemin said while glancing at Jeno who was inside the kitchen now preparing tea for Ten.

"If I like being around Doyoung and feel incomplete without him around even though sometimes he's really a pain in the ass and irritates me a lot, but still I wouldn't trade him for anything, that would still mean I like him?" Ten explained.

Jaemin chuckled. "It's fine, it's like a love/hate relationship, but it's not like you actually hate him, no. He just annoys you sometimes, but you still love him anyway."

"L-love him?" The older stammered.

"Yeah, that's love Ten hyung. I know it's still all new to you, but you'll feel it and know that it is truly love."

Ten slightly frowned. "How do I show it to Doyoung?"

Jaemin titled his head. "Love feels natural. Like it's natural for me to care about Jeno without even giving it a second thought, it just comes from within you know, like spontaneously somehow." Jaemin explained, hoping the older understand what the hell he was talking about.

Ten nodded slowly. "Okay, I gotta go now." He got up and was wearing his jacket to leave.

"I just finished making your tea!" Jeno complained.

"Sorry" Ten apologised with a small giggle and stormed off.

Jeno sighed and shrugged it off.

"Hey, when do you get off work today?" Ten asked while on the phone with Doyoung.

"Around 6pm, why?"

"No reason, just asking." The shorter said with a nervous chuckle. Doyoung noticed but didn't pay too much attention to it.

"Alright, see you at home." Doyoung said.

"See you." Ten said. He sighed after the called ended.

"How can I show that I like him..." Ten mumbled to himself.

"Love feels natural. Like it's natural for me to care about Jeno without even giving it a second thought, it just comes from within you know, like spontaneously somehow."

Jaemin's words kept repeating itself over and over on Ten's mind. But he still couldn't figure out how to exactly show it. Does Doyoung even still feel the same about him? Ten frowned at the thought.

He sighed and grabbed his phone to call Jaemin.

"Hey," Jaemin greeted.

"Hi, Nana. About what we are talking about before I left."

"What about it?"

"Do you think I should try and make him something to eat for dinner? He's usually the one to do dinner because I can't cook for shit. Is that a good idea-" the shorter got interrupted.

"Yes! It's a great idea, but...how will you cook when you can't...?"

"Yeah, about that...can you and Jeno come over and help me?" Ten asked with a nervous chuckle.

"Ummm..." the younger was hesitated for a second because would the dinner still be special if he and Jeno did most of the work?

"Pretty please?" Ten begged.

"Wow, I never seen you this desperate." Jaemin said truthfully.

"Well...I realized that I really really like Doyoung, we don't agree on many things, we're basically opposites but he completes me." Ten admitted.

Jaemin took a moment to think. Ten is trying and that's good, it's not about who actually made the dinner, it's about Ten's effort to try and make something special for Doyoung, which was really sweet.

"Okay, we'll help!" Jaemin said excited, he was happy that Ten figured out his feelings, even if for a little. He definitely was willing to go help him impress Doyoung.

"Jeno too?"

"Well, I'll drag him, but actually I'm pretty sure he'll say yes since Doyoung is like his favourite hyung and he really wants him to be happy, so yeah we're coming."

"Baby, who you talking to?" Ten heard Jeno ask the younger.

"Just Ten hyung, I'll tell you about now." Jaemin replied and Ten smiled at two's conversation.

"Bye Ten Hyung! Ah-Jeno!" It seemed like to Ten that Jeno started ticking Jaemin with a giggle heard from both boys. Ten smiled while shaking his head and hang up. "Those two are something."

I'm really sorry for anyone who was hoping the ship will be Johnny and ten, I did a voting that one of the choices was Johnten and the other doten and another one which clarified which one I was intended to chose and why, which got the most comments and support at that time of the story, then made another voting chapter bc I still felt the need to include everyones opinion and choice as much as possible which didnt clarify which choice was for johnten or doten bc each choice had others results as well and I do remember saying that and I also said I was having a dilemma, but I'm sorry for the new readers who came when the voting has been closed and all🥺
