"Mary please don't hit me" I beg. I try to cover my face with my hands but I'm not quick enough, she takes a slap to my face. It burns and tingles, in the worse way possible. I hope she doesn't do this to Hiro. She hit her last boyfriend, really hard. He never told though, so she never got in trouble. Mary used to always hit me and once she cut me with her scisorrs, she claims it was an acident, but tell that to my scar. 

"Too, late, for the next week you'll be living under all my rules. Unless of course you want to be hit again" she hisses. I hold where she hit my face, I get up quickly and run to the bathroom. I can't let my parents see, Mary will do even worse if I tell. I take some concealer and dab around. It hurts so bad. My eye is already beginging to swell. Great just great. 

(Monday at SFIT)

"Hey Y/N" GoGo pops her gum. 

"Hi," I try not to make eye contact in case anyone would notice the swelling. 

"Y/N!!!" Fred waves his arms dramatically trying to get my attention.

"Hi Fred" 

"Hey, I want to ask you something, in private if I could" he suggests. I nod and fallow him into the nerd lab. 

"Y/N?" Hiro looks up from his work. 

"Hi," I smile kindly. I catch anxiety in his look and he fallows me.

"Fred wait," Hiro stalks.

"Huh? I need to ask Y/N something," Fred gives Hiro the 'get out of here' look. 

"Please Fred, don't" Hiro whines.

"Why not?" 

"Because, I love her" 

"what are you guys talking about?" I look between the two boys confused. 

"Fred was going to ask you out" Hiro points fingers.

"Will you?" Fred asks.

"I um, I," I don't like fred, not like a boyfriend. My legs feel weak and my head hurts. I run out of the room and into the small janitors closet before I faint.

                                                                 Hiro's P.O.V

"Fred, I'll talk to you later, I need to go after her" I run off in the direction Y/N went in. 

"Y/N " I yell up and down the hallway. Some students turn and give me weird looks but they don't me stop me from running. 

"Y/N! Where are you?" I say to myself, where is she. I see the janitors closet and the door is slightly open. I peek inside and there she is. 

"Y/N' i say for the millionth time. I get down next to her. She's breathing, but her cheeks are tear soaked and she blacked out. From the tears stains i see the faintness of bruising. I brush the makeup she used to conceal it, away. A huge bruise covers her eye and now that I'm close enough I see that her eye is swollen. Who did this to her?

"Wake up," I stroke her hair gingerly. 

"Y/N it's me, Hiro, I'm here, you're alright, okay, I'm here" I kiss her forehead. She still doesn't move. I panic. What if she fell into some sleep induced coma. No, this can't happen. (Minutes later)

"Hiro?" I feel her hands move and touch mine.

"Oh, Y/N thank god you're alive" i sigh happily and hug her. I can't let her go. 

"I'm running out of carbon dioixide" she giggles.

"I'm sorry, I was just so worried something really happened to you," My eyes fall back onto her bruised face. We already missed two classes might as well miss the last one. 

"I'm okay," She sits up.

"What happened to your eye?" I cup her face. 

"Mary," She winces.

"Mary did this to you, when?" 

"After you broke up with her," Y/N removes my hands from her face and looks up at me with sad tears. 

"I'm sorry, Y/N, I'm so so sorry" I hug her again, I hear the bell go for the last class Y/N and I have today.  

"Don't be, Hiro, it was never your fault," 

"Yes it was, the only reason why I asked her out was because, I was trying to make you jealous" I admit. 

"What? Why?" Y/N detangles herself from my arms. 

"Because, I didn't think you liked me, or at least you didn't show you did and I hoped that seeing me alot would make you fall for me," I chuckle.

"Hiro, why didn't you just ask if I did or not, instead of resulting to date my sister?" 

"I don't know I'm an idiot, stupid useless brain" I facepalm again. 

"Stop, you're not an idiot." 

"Thanks," I pick up her hand and lace our fingers together, the tingle goes down my spine, creating an internal electricty. I press my forehead against her's and stare into her beautiful eyes. 

"I'm in love with you, Y/N" I whisper.

"I, I love you too." 

"Will you be mine, please?" 

"Yes, of course" I close the small gap between our lips. The kiss is brief but meaningful, it could've lasted longer if Y/N didn't get a random text. She smiles happily at whatever it said, her gorgeous smile lights up my world. 

"Who was it?" 

"My old friend Thodore, he's coming to visit"

"Awesome, " 

"Yeah, I'm excited, he's been my best friend forever" her smile never fades. Who is this is guy? I'm not jealous, no hiro, bad. 

"Great well when is he coming?"

"Next week"

"Well I can't wait to meet him,"
