End

It's been three months since Hiccup was saved and everyday he would have visitors of all kinds, Gothi never really cared about visitors as long as they didn't disturb him during his state of recovery

One day down at the docks Astrid and all the others were diving off the dock edge and playing with Miracle, Hiccup made her a rose red swimsuit with the Berk crest on it and everyone loved it, they were all in the shallow end for the time since Miracle is still only young

They were all splashing water at each other and laughing, then they noticed Snotlout was missing, they looked round but no one could see him "uhhh guys......w-w-where's Snotlout?" Astrid asked, everyone shook their heads and shrugged their shoulders but then a loud voice echoed throughout the whole dock "SNOTLOUT SNOTLOUT OI OI OIIIIIIIII" He screamed as he jumped off a cliff and landed face first into the water making everyone laugh or cringe

Astrid covered Miracles eyes just before Snotlout hit the water making her giggle, a few seconds later and Snotlout burst out the water panting and yelling "OW!" As he broke the surface, his face and body was bright red from the pure impact of the water making everyone point and laugh so hard the started to roll on the floor holding their stomachs

Then everyone stopped laughing when there was a mighty roar through the docks that shook many boats, they all looked and saw Toothless and Stormfly standing there with excited faces "oh hey Toothless, Hey Stormfly.....w-what are you guys doing here, aren't you meant to be watching over Hiccup" Astrid said, Toothless roared again and started jumping around Astrid and started to nudge her in the direction of Gothi's hut

"Okay okay Toothless" she said stopping him, she turned to face him and said "what is it boy" she asked, Toothless then fired a plasma blast at Gothi's hut and it exploded above it illuminating the little house "wait a minute, is Hiccup awake?" she said, as soon as everyone heard that they all stared at Toothless who was rapidly nodding his head, Toothless and Stormfly soon ran off to the hut

"Everyone Hiccup is awake, get dry and let's go, come on Miri lets go see your daddy" Astrid said rather exited as she ran for the towels and everyone followed, except for Snotlout who just did a stupid doggy paddle behind them

Hiccup was now sitting up on the bed drinking a rather odd substance that Gothi made for him to regain his strength since he hadn't moved in over two months, he finishes the liquid and hands Gothi the cup, she walked out the room and Hiccup was wondering where Toothless was, he sent him out more than three hours ago by now, where was he?

Then the curtain opened and Gothi poked her head through "Master Hiccup, you have some visitors" she said softly with a warm smile "send them in" Hiccup said smiling back at her and straight away Astrid came running in and as soon as she saw him she jumped onto the bed and kissed him, the kiss lasted and soon they slowly broke apart

"OW! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?" Hiccup yelled as Astrid punched his shoulder "That was for almost dying on me and Miri" she said crossing her arms "and, remember the day when I came back to you and we stayed at the cove for the night" she said fiddling with her fingers "yes" Hiccup replied "Hiccup.....we're having a baby.....I'm pregnant" she said smiling from ear to ear

Hiccup soon smiled for ear to ear with her as did everyone else "are you serious" Hiccup gasped "yep....deadly serious" Astrid said wrapping her arms round him "daddy! daddy!" came an excited voice from outside "Miri?" Hiccup said looking down the corridor as Astrid released him, soon rapid footsteps could be heard and Miracle came running into the room and jumped into her fathers eyes with tears in her eyes "I'm so happy y-you're not dead daddy" she sobbed into his tunic, Hiccup laughed softly and kissed her hair "it takes a lot more than a sword to kill me Miri" he said happily

Miracle soon let him go and went over to Astrid and held her hand whilst hugging her leg "When can he come home Gothi" Fishlegs asked, Gothi looked at Hiccup and smiled "he can go home tomorrow morning as soon as I make sure everything is okay" she spoke softly, everyone sighed in relief and smiled all around "Thank you Gothi thank you so much for all your work" Astrid said "not a problem dear now go on I need to clean his wound and you do not want to see that" she said smugly "I wanna see it" Tuffnut blurted out "well you're not so get out" Astrid said pushing him out with the others

Gothi closed the door behind them then she looked at him and smiled "what?" he said "you have good friends Hiccup, friends like them don't come easily and they don't leave easily, you're lucky to have them" she said as she started to take off his old bandage and clean his wound making him wince a little "yeah" he said "they just won't leave me even if it put their lives on the line" he said smiling as he heard Astrid laughing with Miri and the others

"But I couldn't ask for anyone better than Astrid and Miri" he said smiling softly, "as well as our new addition" he said with a soft laugh "looks like the end of an old adventure is just the start of a new one" he said as he closed him eyes and rested him head on the back board of the bed and let himself fall into a deep slumber
