An Lime is basically like a Lemon but you don't actually go into the actual parts of it.
An civilian walks in an excluded alone at the brink of midnight, in a hurry to get back to their apartment. Alyshia Martinez was walking home from at late shift from work. She was about to make a right when she was suddenly blocked off by a group of men wearing hoodies.

"Hey, what are you doing walking around these parts at night?" One them asked with a smile that went chills down her spine

"Well, doing nothing now, I'll just go see myself out of here." Alyshia said as she turned back around and started speed walking the other way. Then she heard the clicking of a gun, which made her stop cold in her tracks.

"Take another step and I swear to god I'm filling your little head with lead. Did I say you could leave yet?" The man called out to her. She felt her body go cold and her eyes widen with fear. The men started surrounding her, getting closer to her.

"What'cha got in that wallet there, girly?" One of them sneered as he yanked the purse from her arm, in which she didn't object to, not wanting to get shot.

He began digging around in her purse, pulling out her wallet and checking it for money. He growled, dissatisfied of what he found

"Damn!! Only 130 bucks?! Where the hell are you hiding the rest of it?! Hmm? I KNOW YOU GOT MORE THAN THIS!" He said as he pointed his gun at her head. She started hyperventilating, was this how She would die?

Suddenly one of the other men yelled out that caused the others to snap to look at what he was looking at

"Dude! Look at that mothafuka! He's got robo arms! Probably one of those cosplay weebs!" One of them said.

Alyshia turned to look at what they were staring at when she saw him. A heavily tanned man with robotic arms and a strange marking on his forehead that was slightly covered by his black hair. He walked towards the group.

"Let her go, please. She's done nothing to you." The man said, his voice sounding somewhat robotic.

The thugs then approached the man, trying to punk him out, and not doing so successfully as the man sat there with a calm face. This only frustrated them.

"Yo, what the hells wrong with you?" One of them asked as they shoved him, making the mysterious stumble a bit.

"Lets just kill these two off and then take em for all they got and get outta here!" One of them said as the rest of them pulled of their weapons. Alyshia screamed as she turned away after hearing multiple gun shots. She started crying,
"Oh God no, please no no no no.." She muttered to herself. That's when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She slowly turned around, expecting the worse, only to see the man in front of her. She cocked her head in confusion. She looked around the man, only to see the thugs on the cold concrete floor, dead. There were bullet wounds in their heads and chests.

"B-but how?.." She whispered overwhelmed, attempting to take It all in.

"I'll explain to you when we're in a safer location. Do you know where your home is from here? If you would like, I could accompany you on your way there." The man said politely

Alyshia merely nodded, too shocked to say anything and allowed him to follow her home. When they got back to her apartment, she couldn't help but notice that the pot of flowers on her counter had withered and died when the man came inside the room.

"Who are you? How did you do that back there? Why are my plants dying? Just... How?" She couldn't finish her sentence as she sat down on a chair, clutching her head.

The man found a one of those pull out chairs in the corner of the room, opened one up and sat down next to her.

"I owe you an apology for startling you like this. I would've rather we met under different circumstances. As you may have already guessed, I'm not exactly what you could call... Normal. Any damage that has been done to be gets reflected back at my attackers, as you saw with these men who tried to rob you. Although I don't suffer any injuries, unfortunately I still do feel the pain of the action being done upon me. It was a curse brought upon me many many years ago to prevent from dying. Just, don't ask any questions about it, I don't feel comfortable sharing that type of information." He said

Alyshia nodded her head slowly in understanding.
"But what about my plants? They were perfectly healthy the day before but not they're.. Rotting and decaying away." She asked

Cain nodded "That is also part of my curse, any plant based life will die in my presence. This also extends to furniture, though in that case, it would require physical contact for that to happen."

"Wow.. You really weren't kidding about the 'not being normal' part." She muttered. Cain nodded. He then stood up from his chair.

"Well, now that I know that you'll be ok.. I think it's best for me to take my leave now." He said as he began walking towards the door.

"W-wait! Do you have anywhere to go to?" She called after him

Cain shook his head, he was about to leave when Alyshia grabbed his arm, not harshly, but firmly.

"You can stay here with me. I mean, you haven't got any other home so..." She said

" Please, I appreciate the hospitality but I don't wish to be a bother to you. " He started before Alyshia cut him off

"I insist, it's better than being on the streets." She said

Cain sighed, before accepting her offer, she was right. He didn't exactly have anywhere else to go to. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad.

Ever since then, they both started living together, when Alyshia was at work, Cain would try to do anything he could to be productive or to help her out like cleaning their apartment, making food (to the best of his abilities), pitching in with the bills whenever he could, just generally trying to do anything to be helpful. Whenever they have some time to themselves they normally spend it hanging out with each other, usually by taking strolls around the block or reading books together. They had this connection that only got stronger and stronger each day until it turned from platonic, friendly love to something a bit more serious.

They were both reading their own books in their bedroom, well, at least Cain was. Alyshia was staring at him longingly, eyes full of desire. They had been eating for a while and she wanted to take things to the next level with him but she was a bit nervous if he would decline her advances. She just decided to just gather as much courage as possible and just wing it.

She started it off with a soft kiss, which took Cain by surprise but he returned it nonetheless. She started making out with him while running her hands through his hair, twirling around his black locks. Soon it became heavier and she pulled away gasping for air but still determined to seduce the man in front of her. She began going for his neck, kissing and softly nipping at it. She knew that she wouldn't be able to make an hickey on his neck and have it not be reflected back on her, but she still didn't want to skip out on it entirely.

It was at this point Cain spoke

"A bit... Courageous today are we?" He said, trying to bite back soft moans.

Alyshia stopped what she was doing to speak.

"Cain... I have to tell you something before I do anything else.." She said softly, softly pushing his back onto the bed.
"I want to... Take things a step further.. I.. I want to have sex with you.. Of course, if you don't want to we could just-"

Cain put a finger at her lips with a warm smile before kissing her again, dominating her as he flipped both of them over to where he was on top.

They immediately began pulling off each other's clothes until they were completely naked. Cain paused for a moment

"Are you sure this is what you want?" He asked her, She nodded her head, biting her lip. Her eyes looking him up in anticipation.

"Do your worse~" Alyshia whispered in his ear seductively.

Cain woke up early the next morning, he always liked to do, just to admire the sun slowly rise up to begin a new day. He looked over to his right to find Alyshia still asleep, cuddling him. He couldn't help but smile at the sight in front of him. God, how he loved the woman beside him. He softly gave her a light kiss on the forehead before reaching over the nightstand and grabbing a book. Maybe when she woke up, perhaps they would just take the day to relax. Whatever it was they would do, he would always be there to help her. After all, he was always there to help.
