I was going to write about observation logs but wait they're all basically the same but different
So basically the first one involved a human subject, and oh boy, did it turn out awful! :)
049 killed D-8 wait what was it...uh.. oh yeah D-85123 and then reanimated them (Into an instance of 049-2) and then it started attacking people. Like god intended, I guess.

Observation log two was about a dead goat. Who also became an instance of 049-2.

Observation log three was about orangutans.
well that's oddly specific
049 spent several days operating on the orangutan, reanimating it several times, though 049 seemed unhappy with it's work, so it returned to it several times
because if you don't get it the first time, then you'll probably get it the next time.
after 049 was unable to reanimate the corpse a fifth time, it turned it over to the staff so we can burn it
