"Jahseh come out here lemme talk to you" my mom says sighing deeply

I got up off the bed and look at Jaya who's face was filled with sadness

I closed the door behind me "what the fuck is going on?" She says and I sigh laughing

"It's not that serious" I say

"It is that serious you already know how her parents are and honestly I'm disappointed in you"

"Why? I'm 18 soon and you really expected me not to want to do things" I mumble

"Yes but not with Jaya" she says angrily

"Why...what's wrong with Jaya?" I question her

"She's just not right for you"

"And whys that? Is it because she's got mental health issues? Is that the reason mom?" I begin getting irritated

"Jahseh...mentally she's not well." My mom says and seconds later Jaya stumbles out the bedroom crying

I pull her towards me and hug her tightly "why am I such an issue to everyone I don't understand it" she cries and I console her

"Get your shoes on we're going" I say to her and my mom just watches us

"Your not going anywhere" she says picking up my car keys so I pick up hers "nice try" I smirk at her

I leave the house with Jaya and get in my moms car and drive to ski's house

We walked into ski's house and Jahseh explained the situation to him "y'all can stay here until your ready to go back" he says and Jahseh daps him up

While they continued to speak I walked into the living room and sat down on the couch and a few moments later another girl sits on the other couch in the room

Her eyes were like a blue kinda grey colour because that's the first thing I noticed on her, she wore oversized clothes like me and had green highlights in her hair

We both stared at each other for a while until she looked away smirking

"You Jahsehs girlfriend?" She asks me

"No...just his friend" I say back rubbing my arm nervously

"Oh, okay" she says back

"Your ski'a friend?" I ask and she nods her head

The room falls silent so I scroll through my phone

she sings lowly before Jahseh walks into the room

"You hungry?" He asks me and I shake my head no

"Me and ski are going to go get some food, I'm getting you something to eat" he mumbles

"Your wasting your money I'm not hungry..I promise" I say back

"Jaya stop being so fucking awkward" he says aggressively catching the girls attention making her look at us

"Fine" I say silently close to tears he walks out the room and I look up trying to stop myself from crying

The girl gets up and sits beside me pulling me into a hug and rubbing her long nails through my messy tangled loose curls making me cry more

She hugs me tightly and just stays silent

She pulled away "thank you" I mumble "no problem" she smiles "I didnt get your name" I say and she looks at me

"Billie" she says softly, her phone interrupting her smile "hi" she mumbles and I hear a guys voice on the other side of the phone "okay I'm coming"

She hangs up and looks at me "my brother called me I gotta go, see you another time though?" She asks and I nod before she walks out the room and out of the house

I sat there by myself my mind going crazy I couldn't stop thinking about how much trouble I'm going to be in with my mom, I also couldn't wrap my head around why Jahseh was being so aggressive and controlling and also that Billie girl there's something about her that's interesting but I don't know what

My thoughts got interrupted by Jahseh and Stokely walking through the door with food in their hands

They set the food down on the coffee table and Jahseh handed me a tray of fries, I slowly began eating them still accompanied by my thoughts

"So yeah she caught us" Jahseh and Stokely laugh hysterically and somehow my brain managed to mute them out

"Jahseh who's that Billie girl?" I ask stopping their laughter

"What...she's my friend why?" He says and I shake my head "no reason" before putting my full tray of fries back on the table

"Eat some more" he says

"I don't want to" I say pulling my phone out and he stares and me for a while and I stare back at him

I go into Instagram and search her name in his following, I found her account but it was private and I did bother following it, I'd seem weird

✨Later that night ✨

I laid there while Jahseh continued to thrust into me

"I'm close" he says in my ear before kissing my neck getting no reaction from me, his chain dangling over my face

He continued to pound into me before slowly finishing, he looked at me for a while then got up and went into the bathroom

I turned over onto my side playing with the necklace around my neck that he had bought me years ago

Minutes later he had come out the bathroom and got in the bed beside me "it was bad?" he asks talking about the sex we just had

"No" I say looking at the wall

"So why was you so quiet and uninterested" he says and I shrug

"When your ready to let me know what's going on in your mind then tell me because recently you've been really off with me and I don't understand why" he said and I didn't reply

I just stayed silent

I moved my hand up to my hair and rubbed it slowly falling asleep..just like how Billie did...
