It's been two years since we've become husband and wife.

"Happy anniversary, Izuki [First Name]."

I can still remember the way you look when I asked for you to marry me. How your eyes glistened up in happiness, a few light tears escaped from your eyes as you look at me smiling while saying "Yes!" It also made me very happy.

I sat on the chair in the private room of the restaurant which I reserved, nervously waiting for you to come. I already ordered lots of water and I'm sure the waiter is already angry with me. Ah–kitakore! The wa-i-ter is angry because of the water! I sighed.

‘This is not the pun times, Shun!’ I thought and sighed again. I should really stop joking.

When I heard the door opens, I looked at the direction and found you in a beautiful dress. I stand up and gently made my way to you, like a gentleman guiding his lady to her seat. I moved the chair for you to sit on, before going back to mine.

"I ordered food already, is that alright?" I asked you.

"As long as I'm not allergic with it, then it's alright." You answered.

After the waiter served our food, we began eating. There's a sliced tuna with small leaves and a sauce, a 12 different-looking sushis in a bento box, a katsudon-looking dish, and a whole chicken, with brown color and sauce. There's also this dessert called Soufflé Light de Gracé or something?

After we finished eating, I drank the whole glass of water first before starting to talk.

"[First Name], thank you for loving me. For always putting up with my puns. For always being there for me. Thank you for accepting me, and making me your boyfriend. When I was still courting you, I thought about giving up. You're so mean to me back then. But giving you up is like forgetting about the funniest pun I've made. And all the hard work paid off, all of it was worth it." I said as I stood up from my seat and went in front of you.

"Everything about you brings me happiness more than my puns ever did. And I'm happy that you chose me." I pulled the velvet box out of my pocket, open it as I kneel on one knee, and stared at you as I continue. I heard you gasp.

"[Last Name] [First Name] I want to have the luxury of having your last name change into mine. So, will you accept me further and marry me?" I was so nervous but seeing your smiling face and teary eyes, the nervousness went away.

"Yes! Yes, Shun! I will marry you!" You said, smiling, while a few light tears streamed down your cheeks. I pulled the ring out of the box, gently hold your left hand, and place the ring on your ring finger. I, then, stood up and kissed your lips while holding your face. When our lips parted, with no pun-intended, I said, "I love you."

Do you still remember way back when I was still courting you. You won't open up to me back then. You're such a tsundere. But that's one of the billion things I love from you.

"Hi! I'm Izuki Shun, the Shunning member of the basketball club! Nice to meet you, [Last Name]-san." I said smiling at you while we're working on a project that the teacher assigned us to.

"I don't care so shut up. Just so you know, the only reason I'm putting up with you is because of this project." After that, you didn't say a word anymore. We did the project in silent. I even tried saying puns to make you laugh but you would only glare at me.
