1st POV

After the training hall incident, the Furious Five, Po, and the exceeds went to the bunkhouse. I was jumping from tree to tree something I was able and have loved to do since I was 3. I wanted to get away from everyone to process what happened today specifically finding out that Master Shifu is my mate. Soon I found myself at the Sacred Peach Tree of Heavenly Wisdom. It was very beautiful in real life. But not as beautiful as Sakura trees in my opinion. Back at home whenever I have been reminded of my past or have a hard day in general. I would go under the Sakura tree growing in the backyard to be by myself for a while. Sakura trees always reminded me of my childhood home. My parents and I lived in the middle of a Sakura forest. So, Sakura trees have always been my haven.

"I thought I'd find you here." I was broken out of my thoughts by a voice. I looked down and saw Master Oogway staring up at me. "Oh, Master Oogway. I didn't see you there." "It's alright, Elizabeth or should I say, Dragon Princess Elizabeth." I was shocked when I heard him say that. "You know what I am?" "I know who you are, Princess Elizabeth." "Please just call me, Elizabeth. In this world, I'm not a princess." "Alright then. I've been expecting you for a long time now." "You mean you knew I was coming." "Yes, I even know the day that you arrive. A year from this day." "So you know that I'm a half dragon and a..." "Human," Master Oogway finished. Now I was even more confused. If he knows that I'm half dragon why wasn't he afraid of me or rude to me? Master Oogway chuckled at my confused face. "You're probably wondering why I'm nice to you." 'Okay, can he also hear my thoughts?' "And no, I can't hear your thoughts." 'So, you say.' I thought. "I'm not someone who treats someone differently because of who they are." "You keep saying who I am. Don't you mean what I am?" "Yeah, but your dragon half is a part of you. Half of you, is it not?" "You're right," I said then looked away from him to look at the stars again.

Master Oogway didn't say anything and just looked up at the stars too. After a few minutes of silence, Master Oogway spoke. "How do you like this world so far?" "A lot better than my world I can tell you that. But it still feels the same kinda." "What do you mean by that?" I knew that he knew what I meant. He just wants me to say it. "Even though I have Po, Mr. Ping, and now you, accept me for who I am. I still have to hide it from everyone else and it sucks." "Did you ever heard the saying 'It doesn't matter what other people think?'" Master Oogway asked. "It's difficult to remember that when someone screams 'monster' in your face." "And you believe that?" "Don't you?" I asked. "No, I don't." I smiled when I heard him say that.  Something I have been doing a lot more since I came to this world. "Thanks." "You're welcome." Master Oogway smiled at me and walked away.

He stops suddenly and turns around. He then said something that got me thinking. "The people who love you for who you are is all that matters, not other people who don't have a clue of who you are." With that said he left while I thought about what he had said. Back in my world, I didn't have anyone who cared about me besides Happy, Frosch, and Agatha. Now I also have Po, Mr. Ping, and Master Oogway who cared about me. Maybe with them by my side, I can be myself. Not caring what other people think. "Elizabeth!" I snapped out of my thoughts, I looked up and saw Happy flying in front of me. 'I need to stop doing that. What if it was a bandit or something like that,' I thought. "What is it, Happy?" "It's getting late and you need to sleep for tomorrow." I nodded my head and followed Happy to the bunkhouse. While going to the bunkhouse, I thought about what was going to happen tomorrow. I have been thinking of teaching Po the Bending Arts ever since I got here. It'll be a big help to him in battles, plus it'll prove to the others that he can be a great fighter, and as a bonus, I also get to see more of Shifu's shock-looking face. With that in mind, I made a decision and hurry up to the bunkhouse. Once we got there I asked Happy where Po was sleeping so I could talk to him. He showed me to Po's room and I knocked on the door.

"Who is it?" Po yawned indicating that he was asleep. "Po, it's me. I need to talk to you." I heard Po getting up and he opened the door while rubbing the sleep away from his eyes. "What is it?" "Well, remember when I told you about the Bending Arts?" "Um...was that had something to do with bending and controlling the elements?" "Yes, and I'm going to teach you." Once I said those words, he was wide awake and got very excited. "Really?" I nodded my head. This only made Po even more excited. "Oh, thank you, Elizabeth! This is going to be so awesome!" "Po, calm down!" I scolded him quietly, he's going to wake up everyone. "Sorry. Thank you, Elizabeth." "You're welcome. Now get some sleep we start training early, okay?" Po nodded his head. He said good night and shut his door, going back to sleep. I chuckled and then followed Happy to our room. When I got there I saw that Frosch was already asleep. I patted Frosch's head and went to bed myself. Need to get a good night's rest to get up early to teach Po the Bending Arts.
