I paced back and forth in my office.

What should I do?

Should I tell them I'm alive?

Do I stay dead?

What happens if they find out?

How worried should I be about Daisy slipping up?

Is Simmons really okay?

Do I tell them about the inhumans?

Do I ask about the Jackson case?

What do I do?

A knock at the door brought me out of my frantic state.

"It's Fitz," the person said.

"Come in Fitz."

"Erm, Sir?" Fitz said as he poked his head through the door. "We have a bit of a situation..."

I looked at the tablet he handed over to me.

"What the heck is this?"

"I know. These readings are off the charts not to mention"

"Fitz?"

"Yes sir?"

"I meant, what the heck am I looking at? I have no idea what this is. Why is there a red patch there?"

"Ohhhhhhhh, right. Gotcha! Basically the sea is boiling."

"What?"

"There is this strange hotspot in the Pacific that is, let's just say above normal temperatures."

"How high we talking?"

"At least 50°F higher than normal."

"That sounds like an environmental disaster!"

"That's the thing sir, plants and fish seem to move out of the way as it passes."

"Did you say as it passes?"

"Uh yeah. It's moving."

"Do we have a trajectory?"

"Yes. Point of contact seems to be San Francisco."

"So then I say, 'Who leaves a dining table in the middle of a beach?'"

We laughed as we listened to Leo's tale of meeting Calypso. The mortals came and joined us. Peter seemed pretty cool. We wanted to know more about his skills and what the Hades came out of his wrists but we didn't pry. If he wanted to tell us he would.

After finishing all our half-blood tales up to the present day, Peter suddenly sat up straight and looked intently at his arm then towards the sea.

"Pete? You okay man?" Asked Leo.

"Do you guys feel that?" He said, not shifting his eyes from the sea.

"Feel what?" Annabeth inquired, clearly worried.

Peter stood up to get a better look at the ocean. "Something's coming."
