Namjoon trudged through their hallway, exhausted from today's work. He saw several shoes littered a few feet away from their shoe cabinet. "Jimin will have a fit.", he thought. He shook his head and started picking them up. He gets it, everyone is tired from all the promotions they've been doing since the comeback, so no need to make a big deal out of a few runaway shoes.

He finally finished and went into their living room. No member in sight. No evidence of someone being there earlier either. Hmmm, everyone must be sleeping already. He looked at the clock, ten thirty pm. Still early but it's understandable. With all the work that they've been doing, everyone deserves to rest whenever possible. He sighed, he should also head to bed. But the delicious smell coming from the kitchen stopped him from climbing the stairs towards his room. His stomach growled. Oh well, might as well.

He went to the kitchen and was pleasantly surprised at the scene before him.

"Suga hyung, you're cooking?!"

Yoongi not even bothering to turn and look at him just answered, "Get a plate and sit. This will be done in a few minutes."

Namjoon smiled. His hyung knows him too well. Must be the effect of living together for a decade.

After five minutes, Yoongi served him japchae and kimchi stew. Namjoon closed his eyes and inhaled deeply enjoying the warm steam coming from the freshly cooked food. Once he opened them, he saw Yoongi looking at him, amused.

"Beer?"

"Yes, please, hyung."

"How are you, Namjoon-ah? We haven't really talked in a while.", Yoongi asked while opening two cans of beer and sliding one to his dongsaeng.

The leader chuckled. "We see each other everyday, hyung."

Yoongi snorted. "You know what I mean."

Namjoon took a few bites of the food and moaned in approval. Yoongi really is the best cook. He took a swig of the beer before answering his hyung.

"I'm okay, hyung. I'm just glad we finally had our comeback. There were so much delays last year I was so stressed. But now it's out and feedback's good so far so I can finally breath.", Namjoon shared.

Yoongi chuckled. "I understand. We share the same sentiments. At least now, we get to see the fruits of our labor. ARMYs seems to approve of the new songs and love the new choroegraphy. So all the blood, sweat and tears are worth it."

They paused for a while and laughed out loud.

"You really had to say it, hyung!"

They were still laughing when Taehyung came wandering in the kitchen to get a glass of water.

"Hyungs! Why didn't you invite me?", Tae pouted.

"Sorry, kid. I thought everyone else is asleep and didn't want to bother anyone. But I cooked plenty, so help yourself."

Tae didn't have to be told twice. He quickly took Namjoon's fork and ate off his plate.

"Yah! Teahyung! I'm not done yet.", Namjoon scolded the younger.

"We should conserve resources, hyung. Why use too many plates when we can share?"

"You just don't want to wash your own plate after.", Yoongi tsked.

Tae just gave the two his famous boxy smile and continued to eat. Namjoon just let him, of course.

It's not too long before another member came in.

"HYUNGS! THEY'RE EATING WITHOUT US!",  Jungkook hollered.

"What?!", Jimin yelled while running to where the rest are.

Hoseok came shortly after, eyes puffy and hair messy obviously awakened by the ruckus.

"What's going on? Why are you yelling?", Hobi asked with a deep voice, eyes squinting at the bright lights in the kitchen.

"Yoongi hyung cooked and didn't even informed us.", Jungkook aswered, mouth already full with food.

"Yeah. And Tae? You're already here? Why didn't you call me?", Jimin said while smacking his soulmate in the arm.

"I was busy eating!"

"Guys, I'm sorry. I just didn't want to bother you. We all needed a break so when I realized everyone's already resting I decided not to call you anymore.", Yoongi apologized.

"You can always bother me when it's about food.", Jungkook answered while the rest hummed in agreement.

"Where's Seokjin hyung?", Hobi suddenly asked while eyeing the now dwindling amount of food.

"Don't worry, I messaged him already.", Namjoon spoke holding his phone on one hand while trying to take back his fork from Tae.

"Why are we all eating at this hour?" Seokjin finally arrived in his RJ pajamas holding a stuffed RJ.

"Hungry"

"Yummy food"

"Yoongi hyung cooked"

"They're eating so I'm eating."

"Dunno"

Jin chuckled shaking his head while he sat on a chair. Immediately, his dongsaengs pushed a plate, utensils and food in his direction.

"This is good, Yoongi. Thank you for cooking.", Jin smiled as he ate happily.

They fell into comfortable converstion when suddenly one by one their phones began to buzz with notifications.

"The MV for Black Swan is out!", Jimin exclaimed.

Jungkook began to bounce in excitement. "ARMYs going to be surprised, hyungs! This was not announced."

Namjoon laughed. "They're blowing up our twitter notifications now!"

Tae and Jimin immediately went to Youtube to watch their video. "Yah, Jimin! You were really good in here. You're the perfect black swan."

Jimin just blushed obviously pleased with the compliment. Hobi and Yoongi just watched the video in silence commenting once in a while. Seokjin's really proud. He came out really well in his individual shots!

Once it was finished, they applauded.

"Good job, guys!", Namjoon grinned looking at his members proudly.

Excited chatter filled the kitchen. After some time Tae interrupted their happy banter.

"Guys! We already have one million likes!", Tae announced amazed.

"Wow! ARMYs really are something else.", Hobi said in awe.

Namjoon just smiled and looked at his members who are bursting with happiness right now. There's truly no blessing grander than this. He's grateful that  he gets to spend his days working alongside this talented bunch. He couldn't ask for more.

Well...

except maybe for a solo grammy performance. 😉
